Ester Nash Attempts Shameless Self Promotion

So I got a tip from one of our readers that an indie designer is attempting to get noticed on Craigslist.

New York is probably the only city in the world where something like this might fly. Stylist and apparent “Celebrity” Ester Nash, has been posting party requests on Craigslist in an attempt to get invited to events and walk the red carpet. What I love is that she is more than willing to waive her fee for making an appearance (as if there was one). Oh Ester, why oh why.

One of my favorite parts of this story is her website. In the videos section is one of her on the show Single in the Hamptons, in which she dresses in her collection (neon tank top and denim mini with chains. Soooo not good) and brings her press book with her to let the prospective Prince Charming know what she’s been working on. First dates aren’t the best time to whip out the scrapbook, Ester.

Yeah, I've met her...we were both working as extras on a tv show. I'm a classically trained actor who was doing it for some extra money, she was doing it to get more "famous." She is possibly the craziest person I've ever met. Ever. She wouldn't leave me alone. I was even outwardly mocking her, and she never caught on. She truly believes that she is an A-Lister. It's amazing.
