hi, i do have the charms that came with it, but the chain they came on broke. i unfortunately don't have the papers, didn't know it came with papers, my hubby got it for me as a gift from the blogger preview/presale gucci did on this bag so I don't remember us getting any sort of paperwork...sorry!
