It’s obvious that the “stakes” are high among designers this season. Many are pulling out all the stops when it comes to their collections. This bootie, designed by Giuseppe Zanotti for Balmain, is a good example. It’s definitely one of the “jazziest” around. Feather and rhinestones…..beautiful combination.
