Love this! At first glance, I thought it was the same tired schoolgirl look, but the skirt has flowers, which makes it a lot more feminine and sophisticated. On further exploration, I see that the jacket is blue, and not black. Navy blue and a red pattern aren't exactly a match made in heaven, but it works very well in this ensemble. The black scarf and purse tie it back together with the socks and boots. Nicely done. Where's this taken? She looks freezing!
