Until January 1st, Only Hearts, the lingerie brand that began peddling underwear as outerwear back in 1978, will offer vintage pieces in their pop-up boutique in NoLita.
The store, called OH:POP, usually carries Only Hearts’ current collections, but has now given itself over to the influence of the 1970′s, 80′s, and early 90′s. Unlike other brands, instead of re-designing a line based on the brand’s past, the pop-up shop is selling the actual vintage garments (with higher price tags than back in the day, unfortunately).

Designer Helen Stuart and buyers from the Soho store sifted through the Only Hearts archives to unearth forgotten treasures, like bra and panty sets that feature the orginal heart pattern, 80′s bodysuits and leotards, and flouncy chiffon skirts. Vintage jewelry and fingerless gloves are also being sold there.
The music playing in the shop, like Madonna and Kylie Minogue, as well as the decor just scream “1985.” There’s something for all the daring fashionistas on your list.
OH:POP Only Hearts, 230 Mott Street between Prince & Spring Streets. Monday-Saturday, noon-8p.m. Sunday, noon-7p.m. Until January 1st. (212) 431-3694.
