50 Cent is all about his paper, and he does not care how he gets it. So when Alaska decided to throw up all over the tri-state area, Fiddy took his shovel and started digging for the dough.

That’s right, multi-millionaire 50 Cent is shoveling snow. Once a hustla, always a hustla, I guess. 50 took to his Twitter to explain:

“I want a hundred dollars per house. I bet anybody ill make a grand moving snow today.”

I wouldn’t take that bet considering that 50′s probably one of the poorer residents of his community.

But if you want to take a picture of the rap superstar while he digs out your Beemer, it’ll cost you extra.

50 Cent Regains Weight Lost From Movie Role

Fans of 50 Cent were shocked when the rapper posted a picture of himself looking somewhat sickly for a movie role. In the picture, the rapper looked much smaller than his normal size but he has revealed that he’s back to his regular weight and is still hitting the gym to regulate his size. “I’m now 210. I was a little fat boy, but I’m back at the gym,” 50 Cent explained to US Magazine. “At my maximum weight I was 214. In the actual film I went to 160. I think the film project is going to be great, not just the transformation and the weight loss but my performance in itself. I’m excited to see it.”

They all think you want to smell like them. Half dollar is set to release a new fragrance. Lighthouse Beauty will be producing the perfume which is being called Power by Fifty Cent. I would have gone with Disco Inferno, but that’s me.

Wonder if it’ll smell like gun shot residue and rolling papers…

The Reinvention Of Kanye West

Selectism recently posted an article on Kanye West and how his desire to be a pop star has resulted in him changing his music. In the article it is noted that Kanye wants to be talked about in the same ranks as Michael Jackson, Madonna and other big name pop stars, and a key to their success is the reinvention of their music. Where I do agree with that concept to a certain degree, there are still many other factors that have affected their success. Along with a reinvention of their music comes a reinvention of their style as well. Despite the whole skin color issue, Michael Jackson’s style varied as he moved through his career and the same is happening for Mr. West as well (not the skin color). Kanye has evolved from a Polo sponsored casual kid, to a classy money flaunting man, to the super trendy hip hopper, and now to the designer draped uber trendy performer. Especially with his recent work with Louis Vuitton, Kanye has transformed into the luxury brand performer, right down to his latest album which features West as a singer not a rapper. The constant change is what keep people interested in Kanye, because if it wasn’t about what he’s going to do next, well then I guess he’d be just as washed up as 50 Cent.
