Rihanna was rocking biker shorts clubbing last night out in London. Ok, Rihanna is a trend setter but I’m not sure how I feel about this 80’s throw-back. First of all I think her styling if off here, maybe peeking out of a lace dress or under some ripped and rolled jean shorts would work better. If you think you can pull this off, head to Shopbop. The H&M fall ‘09 look book seems surprisingly high fashion. With a definite 80’s vibe, thick leather belts lace and fingerless gloves are accessorize the voluptuous shapes with a wide range of textures. Although not as bright and hip as Topshop’s fall selection, H&M seems to have stepped up their game this season. Check out the competition on cult – get ready to covet.

Taking a look at these photo I uncovered from the 1980’s, it’s not hard to see how there got to be a hole in the ozone by the early 90’s. Wow, there’s a whole lot of ugly going on. It looks like everyone of these ladies got stuck in front of a wind tunnel. How could anyone think this was a good idea? Oh well just another Crimes of Fashion Past!
