Avril Lavigne is ready to expand her Kohl’s Abbey Dawn collection to a much younger crowd. The singer has equipped the juniors collection with a children’s line and has even added a perfume called Black Star.

If there’s one thing I respect, it’s reliability.

And Avril Lavigne is reliably poorly-dressed.

The Canadian faux-punk is reportedly on set of an L.A. photo shoot here. So someone probably told her what to wear. I hardly find that to be a sufficient excuse, though. It looks like she’s going to school on Valentine’s Day in 3rd grade. Plus fishnets. I’m assuming this is a shoot for her Abbey Dawn clothing line?
