DISCLAIMER: Keep in mind this was certainly not the fashion event of the year, so I graded on a curve based on what I had to work with.

Here are the BEST DRESSED of the MTV Movie Awards, the star students of the night scoring As and Bs on their style report cards.

Elle Fanning in D&G Spring 2011 – I want to adopt Elle as my own first born child -  she is so adorable. I love this floral romper with the floral wedges. Where else and on who can an overload of prints work this well?

Leighton Meester in Balmain Fall 2011 – Although she makes a lot of mistakes and does poorly in style school sometimes, I still stand by Leighton. She looks perfect in this bling-encrusted Balmain dress. I’m glad to see her at the top of the list for once.

Emma Stone in Bottega Veneta Fall 2011 – Congratulations Emma for finally making my best dressed list! She looks phenomenal with her red-again hair in this golden, lacy frock. The orange accessories are PERFECT.

Hailee Steinfeld in Louis Vuitton – Many think Hailee looks too old in this sequin-adorned Louis Vuitton suit, but I think she looks youthful and chic. Unfortunately, I hate the shirt she is wearing underneath and wish she would have chosen something brighter and not so stiff.

Lil Mama in Sherri Hill Fall 2011 – This little lady sometimes tries too hard and ends up looking completely ridiculous on the red carpet. But Lil Mama got it right this time in a perfectly-fitting strapless mini dress. She is put-together and sexy without looking ridiculous.

Emma Watson in Marchesa - I thought this look was a little safe for Emma, but it grew on me as I looked through all the red carpet photos from last night. It’s difficult to pull-off a stark white dress and even more so if it’s this short. This is a great feminine look with the added edge of the Brian Atwood pumps.

On to the MOST BORING looks of the night. The Cs of the red carpet, these ladies could have tried a lot harder.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2011 -  I usually LOVE animal print, so I’m surprised I’m not phased by this. But a short animal print dress with the half-up, half-down hair? Ehhh I need something more from a gorgeous gal like Rosie. It would have made a huge difference if the dress was left longer like it was shown on the runway.

Blake Lively in Michael Kors - If Blake was going to a sophisticated fashion event, this would be an A++. But for an MTV awards show? Where is the insane Chanel Couture that could be blowing all these tartlets out of the water? If you have the access, use it!

Reese Witherspoon in Zac Posen Pre-Fall 2011 – Snore. Snoring at the hair, the dress, the shoes. Snoring at you Reese Witherspoon, who has been doing so well and just had to go and disappoint when you were receiving the post “prestigious” MTV Movie Award possible.

Selena Gomez in Giambattista Valli Spring 2011 – Talk about looking too old. Fit for a grandmother, this ensemble is just too tedious for MTV. Selena wowed us at the Billboards and must be tired because she is not at work.

Here we are ladies and gentlemen, the WORST DRESSED of the MTV Movie Awards. These ladies receive Ds and Fs for their detestable fashion sense.

Jessica Szohr in Alice + Olivia Fall 2011 – AHHHH!! This is a paisley nightmare! Hide your kids, hide your wife because this is the scariest clown I’ve ever seen. Perfect example of how an awesome runway piece looks like shit in real life. Look at Jessica’s face, she’s as horrified as we are.

Kristen Stewart in Balmain - Someone finally managed to look like a hooker in Balmain. Kristen Stewart continues to neglect her fashion studies in this too short, terribly styled studded and safety pinned number. The hair is bad, the shoes are wrong and she is not working this dress the way it needs to be worked.

Mila Kunis in Balmain Fall 2011 – Poor Balmain, so much drama as of late. I am obsessed with this skirt, but what in god’s name was Mila wearing on top? It looks like she was half changed into her pajamas, someone rang the doorbell and she had to walk outside like this. Justin’s hands would be a more fashionable choice.

Amanda Bynes in Hervé Léger – Congratulations Amanda for winning the WORST DRESSED award by a landslide. Not only does this dress make her look saggy all around, but she chose the ugliest shoes Christian Louboutin has ever designed. Tan, turquoise, black, white – it’s a rainbow of disaster on the red carpet.

1. Pursue her love of black men.

Before announcing via Twitter that should would be retiring Amanda made sure the world knew what kind of guy she goes for. “I like black men I’m very attracted to them just fyi.”

2. Finally party with Lindsay Lohan

Being a child actor is hard nowadays with all the temptations that are readily available.  Amanda who kept her nose clean (pun intended) throughout her whole career can finally let loose and party Lohan style.

3. Create her own urban dictionary.

Amanda has been known to break down popular words on her Twitter page such as: “BF = boyfriend” “GF = girlfriend,” and “OG is also original gangsta to me being an OG means you’re fresh so it can be said as a compliment.”

4. Record an album

Maybe Amanda has fallen out of love with the whole acting thing, but she can still come out with an album. If she gets with the right producers and songwriters I’m sure she can pull of a hit or two.

5. Finally get back with Frankie Muniz

If you’ve seen the movie Big Fat Liar, then you know their chemistry is undeniable. They can finally fulfill their preteen desires for one another.

6. Adopt a kid from a 3rd world country.

Anyone who is anyone know that kids from poor countries are the must have accessories. Instead of watching the kid she can plop it down in front of a TV and play All That reruns.

7. Release a sextape.

When Amanda said she was through with acting, I’m assuming she meant TV and films. This leaves her the perfect loophole to create her own sextape and have it “accidentally” leaked.

8. Reunite with the cast of All That

Seriously, with the exception of Keenan Thompson, what are these guys doing. They can all start a old child actors club.

9. Start a new fashion label.

I’m pretty sure Amanda tried and failed at starting her own collection for the now extinct, Steve & Barry, but now she has a lot more time on her hands to create some decent pieces. If it doesn’t work out she can always to something for Walmart.

10. Give up on Twitter.

When Miley Cyrus left Twitter, the world was at a standstill. If Amanda did the same maybe people would actually care she was retiring.

Amanda Bynes went from that annoying little brat on Nickelodeon’s “All That” to a hottie who has been the hot chick 16 year old boys are having wet dreams to. Normally one would say age is the cause for this transformation due to the fact that she started acting so young, but being the fashion freak I am I’m going to have to go with the stylist as the cause fo change. Once she was done with Nickelodeon and moved on to doing movies, she was able to spend some cash on a stylist who totally made her hot. Money well spent Amanda.
