The Blessed: Thou Shall Not Wear A Repulsive Frock To The Emmys
Maybe one of fashion’s most annoying events, The Emmy’s, aired from Los Angeles last night. Looking through all of the heinous dresses on the red carpet, I found dozens that provided me with superb fashion assassin material. But instead, I decided to focus on some of the blessed- those who graced the awards with style and elegance.

Sandra Oh in Oscar de la Renta
Evangeline Lilly in Elie Saab couture

2008 Emmy Awards Red Carpet Rundown
The Good:

Is this really Eva Longoria? She actually looks good for once. Love the bow, love the fringes, love the look!

Big surprise Heidi Klum looked great. She probably had one of those Project Runway slaves up all night hand stitching this for her. Love the earrings too.

How many times do we have to say that yellow is a big color this Fall. This wasn't the only yellow spotted on the red carpet, but it sure was one of the best.
The Bad:

What's up with the awkward fold in the middle of the chest? And the fit isn't even close to flattering. Glorified doctor scrubs seem to be the appropriate label for this.

Story of Lauren Conrad's life, boring. She's supposed to be young and sexy. Now she either put on an unflattering amount of weight, or got knocked up by that douche bag Brody, because she looks like she's trying to hide something.
The Ugly:

What's up with the cheesy screen print and random fake diamond strap that randomly just stops? Just awful.
Thanks Just Jared

The stars of Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2: Blake Lively, Alexis Bledel, America Ferrera and Amber Tamblyn.
The NYC premiere of The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 came to town last Monday. The stars hit the red carpet dressed in adorable fashion. From casual to chic, the celebs looked fantastic. While Blake Lively’s orange Grecian Gucci dress was my favorite, Alexis Bledel overall look was stunning. America Ferrera’s cerulean Brian Reyes dress looked great on her skin tone, and Amber Tamblyn’s navy jumpsuit was daring.
Unfortunately, everybody was not fashion forward. Lohan was by far the worst dressed. She looked too casual, as though she was going to the mall. Casual can work but it is all about execution. Gossip Girl’s Ed Westwick looked laid back and dashing in Lacoste. The Sisterhood stars were all smiles and looked darling. Catch the girls in the film, August 6th!
