The Marc by Marc Jacobs’ fall shots are out and feature a cute LBD with large bow detail. The overall effect’s a little Breakfast at Tiffany’s, down to the dark shades and chunky jewelry. But the twist (and with Marc there’s always a twist): The ads feature top male model Cole Mohr in said cocktail dress.

Source: NY Mag

Personally, I hate most Marc Jacobs ads, but this one really hit me. A definite statement, compared to previous ads, this defines where fashion is going these days: towards more and androgynous clothing. NOT saying that I would like to see a dude in a dress, or skirt, or tights, but anything goes these days, and if you are daring enough to do something outside of the box, you get my respect.

Weigh in indies, agree or disagree?
