The 2012 SAG Awards took place last night, and our applause goes out to all the big winners. As always, we were super excited to see what everyone was wearing on the red carpet from the couture dresses to the 6-inch high stiletto platforms. See what all the Screen Actors Guild talent wore to the awards in our gallery after the jump.

Although it’s easy to be underwhelmed by any dresses coming before the Oscars, there are some ladies who really turned it out last night. We put our top 10 at the beginning of the gallery for your viewing pleasure. All photos from Huffington Post Style.

Sundance Film Festival has been going in full force for five days now, which means there is plenty of celebrity style on which to comment. While biker boots, chunky sweaters and fur-trimmed everything were seen abundantly on the streets, there was still plenty of sparkle on the red carpet. Over the next few weeks, we are going to look at eight incredible manicurists and their over-the-top art in a new feature called Nailed It. Today, let’s explore the incredible manicure designs of London-based artist Sophy Robson. Pulling inspiration from music, fashion and street art, Robson’s nails are some of the boldest we’ve seen. Her designs have even landed her a gig with beauty powerhouse Sephora to curate its Sephora by OPI nail art. Click through for a gallery of our favorite Robson designs.

“Press coverage has appeared recently about comments I supposedly made about Lady Gaga. I have been seriously misquoted in these comments. I am always thrilled when anyone chooses to wear my clothes and I thought that Lady Gaga looked amazing in her video wearing my parachute dress. Whilst musically I am more of a Black Angels man, I have a huge amount of respect for Lady Gaga and everything she has achieved.”

The real problem was apparently their conflicting work schedules “creating a fashion collection is a lot of work and I was unable to collaborate with Lady Gaga on a collection because of commitments to my own label and for no other reason. It amazes me that a mistaken quote can travel so quickly on-line, cause so much damage and be so utterly wrong.”

Antonio Berardi Declines Lady Gaga

Italian designer Antonio Berardi, whose clients include Victoria Beckham, Megan Fox, Amber Rose, Eva Mendes and Gwyneth Paltrow, declined an offer from GaGa to collaborate. “I was approached to design a clothing range with Lady GaGa but I knocked it back because I wasn’t interested in someone whose music is meaningless,” Berardi said. Funny, considering how useless Amber Rose is!

PETA might not be a fan of 10 Magazine’s most recent spread, “F For Furry,” but I’m all about the natural cityscape, seemingly amateur spread shot by Marcelo Krasilcic. Model Valeria Dmitrienko is dressed to the nines in immaculate fur pieces from designers Gareth Pugh, Roberto Cavalli, Todd Lynn, Antonio Berardi, Versace and Jean Paul Gaultier. From the looks of the wet, Parisian cobblestone streets, the editorial probably saw a bit of rain (unless it was staged) but heck girl, you better not have rocked those pelts in the rain!

Fashion F* Ups: Vicktoria Beckham

This is Vicki and David Beckham at the launch of their his and hers fragrance, him wearing Gucci, her wearing a Giambattista Valli dress with heel-less Antonio Berardi latex boots/leggings. Straight off the runway of Fall 08, Berardi perfected the trend of the heel-less shoe (started by Marc Jacobs for S/S 08), yet this looks quite painful and unattractive. Well, it’s actually downright ugly! Kinda hard to make this look good when the people around you are waiting for you to fall flat faced on the purple carpet.
