Presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, a body of 1000 Web experts and Internet professionals, the Webbys highlight two winners of the World Wide Web in some 130 categories, voted on by the people and by their panel.

For his Live at the Beacon Theater stand-up special, comedian Louis C.K. was named Webby Person of the Year. Independently releasing  the show on his website for $5 a download, Live at the Beacon Theater raked in over $1 million in less than two weeks. Other comedians such as Aziz Ansari and Jim Gaffigan have followed suit.

Björk was named Webby Artist of the Year for her multimedia project, Biophilia, billed as the world’s “first app album,” in collaboration with Apple.

Juliette Lewis and Graydon Sheppard shared the Webby Actress of the Year award for “Shit Girls Say,” the viral sensation that infamously spawned a seemingly neverending proliferation of parodies.

Well hello Adam. I see you've traded in that troublesome Eve for the convenience of internet porn. Sadly, this 1980 Apple ad was before the advent of the world wide web so it's off to the Garden of Eden for yet another lapdance.

This ad is so perfectly 80s: the hair, the makeup, the lack of manscaping, the high-waisted Jordache jeans. I bet they're all high on cocaine too.

What would this list be without Calvin Klein's iconic ads with Kate Moss and the artist formerly known as Marky Mark? I bet they're both high on cocaine too.

The boys are back in town. And by the looks of it, they're ready to play. Wonderbra's 1994 ad may not have the subtlety of Maidenform in the 60s but honestly neither did breasts.

There she is. Tom Ford. The king of sexy advertising, but where does one start? There's just so much filth to wade through but this Gucci ad from 2003 still raises a few eyebrows. Among other things.

Sexy ads will continue to be sexy as long as companies have shit to sell and people the money or at least credit to buy them. This Federici ad from 2010 gets extra points, though, for being both hot and blasphemous. I bet The Vatican was piiiiiised.

It might be the two gold buckling options, or the long top zip for access. It might be the buttery slouching nature, and its minimalistic essence. Or the lightly painted

Maybe it's the deceptive size, a grower not a show-er, if you will. At 27” x 20” x 3” it can hold my whole world on my shoulders.

Macy’s’ deal with Martha was apparently set to expire at the end of the month, and perhaps to rain all over Penney’s and new CEO Ron Johnson‘s parade, Macy’s decided to renew it agreement with the lifestyle guru for another five years. MSLO also released a statement confirming the renewal of the Macy’s contract.

Johnson, Apple‘s former retail chief, had planned to use Marth Stewart Living as a platform to relaunch, revamp and reinvent the struggling chain. Meanwhile, as part of the lawsuit, Macy’s is seeking an injunction to prevent Martha from breaking the contract — but where this leaves JC Penney is anyone’s guess. [WWD]

Here’s how to do it yourself, demonstrated by yours truly and my handy MacBook Photobooth app:

Step 1: Separate your hair into two parts. You can do this as a side-braid (as I am doing), or a braid down your back, but you might want to try it on the side first so you get the hang of it and know how it should look.

Step 2: Separate about a half inch of hair (the smaller the piece, the more the braid will look like a fish tail) out of one of the sections, and pull it over to the other section.  Pull the hair from underneath the section when you cross over to get that scaly look.

Step 3: Combine the piece with the new section, then separate about the same amount from this new section and pull it over to the old section.

Step 4: Repeat. It may take a few repetitions for the pattern to appear, so don’t get discouraged if at first you can’t see it!

Voilà ! A perfect summer style in under five minutes!

2006 – This year’s studio audience must have been PISSED. Facing criticism that she had been basically feeding into American’s capitalist greed, Oprah gave her studio audience camcorders and a $1000 credit card to perform (and record) a good deed. Cost = $390,000.

2007 - So that happened, a lesson was learned by no one and then Oprah dropped $2,364,000 on some hideous footwear ($120), the super awesome Planet Earth DVD box set and a $3800 refrigerator. I wonder if that included shipping and handling?

2008 - Remember the recession? Yeah, me neither, but Oprah did and so she shafted her audience again with an installment of “Thrifty Favorite Things.” An H&M swimsuit ($15), a Norma Kamali suit ($350) and something known as “Fit Flops” ($50) broke the bank at $210,600.

2009 – Oprah didn’t even bother this year. There was no OFT, no one checking under their seats for anything, no one jumping up and down in an embarrassing fit of ecstasy. The end was nigh.

2010 – Lulled into a false sense of security, Oprah struck with what would be her Biggest and Last Favorite Things Ever. A bittersweet moment, no doubt, but one still considerably sweet at a cost of $12,075,000. Diamonds! Cashmere! $700 cruises! $3600 3D televisions! $500 iPads! And the grand daddy of all prizes, a $22,000 Volkswagen Beetle! Crying, jumping, hyperventilating, heart palpitations, etc.  followed.

And that’s all she wrote. To those lucky couple hundred of people who got to bask in the glory of Oprah as she screamed in your face about gifts you could otherwise never afford, I salute you. To the less fortunate souls from  2006, 2008 and 2009, at least you got to bask in the glory of Oprah yelling in your face about something.

Will there really be 3 versions of the iPad 2?

The tech-blogosphere has been hurling rumors that the new iPad will come in 3 versions: WiFi only, WiFi plus AT&T-enabled 3G for remote access — and the third, a HUGE surprise — WiFi plus Verizon 3G. (Previously, Apple has been stuck with AT&T.)

Likelihood: Very good

Does it have a non-smudge screen and gyroscope?

It’s hard to imagine the smudge factor not being further refined, as many have complained about iPad smudging. The gyroscope would be nice, too.

Likelihood: Very, Very good

Will there be a 7-inch version of the iPad 2?

Steve Jobs himself answered this one – no. Steve thinks a smaller 7-inch version wouldn’t supply enough room for all those apps. And you know you need 2.7 more inches for those 59 free-version games you have.

Will it have a front and back-facing camera?

Sources say it’s a go. With the iPhone 4 release came an announcement that Apple had rectified its simpler camera with a new back-facing camera.

Will it be slimmer, lighter and have a retina display?

Hellz yes it will.

Will it have a flat back?

A new iPad 2 case was supposedly leaked by a third-party company, but most people say that thing is fake as Santa Claus. Apple is notorious for never providing third-party companies with products or information. It’s what gives Apple that mysterious “whoa” power, and protects their products from crazies.

Likelihood: Maybe Not

Will it have wide-range speakers?

One Japanese blog made a big claim that iPad 2 will have new wide-range speakers (it showed a fake picture). While this source is obviously untrustworthy, it kind of makes sense. More and more people are buying iPad to watch movies while traveling and at the office to make it look like they’re working when they’re really watching Ernest Goes Camping.

Likelihood: 50/50

Does it have a USB Port?

More juicy Asian gossip here from a Chinese newspaper. Honestly, who knows about this one. Mashable thinks not, but they’re leaving the door open.

Will it come with a Dual-Core CPU?

Why wouldn’t Steve Jobs, that saucy tech tease, add more multi-tasking function to iPad 2? I want to be able to play Angry Birds AND check my stocks simultaneously.

After all, both Eloise and Betsey like to stir up some trouble and break all social norms and rules. While Eloise is pressing every floor button and letting her turtle loose in The Plaza’s luxurious halls, Betsey Johnson is still using pink zebra print (despite it being one of the worst prints in history, yet she still gets away with using it) and does cartwheels down rectangular runways, despite being 67 years old.

The 18th floor suite features candy striped walls, gilded gold mirrors and seating, zebra flooring, a King sized bed with oodles of pillows, various quotes from the book painted on the walls and lots of pink florals. The suite costs a hefty $995 per night, however includes a roster of swag to take home with you. A monogrammed bathrobe, a framed photo of you and your guests in the suite, the Eloise book, an Eloise camera and a $100 gift certificate to the Eloise store inside the hotel are included with the fees.

I don’t think I could name a better place to release your inner child while maintaining your fabulousity when you are staying in the Big Apple!

Do you ever find yourself flipping through the pages of a fashion magazine, wishing you could just wave a magic wand and order your favorite looks from your living room?

That time is here, oh stylish friends, and Net-a-Porter.com is making it extra simple with the launch of its magazine app for the iPad.

The free download from Apple’s App Store lets you shop complete looks from the online luxury fashion retailer‘s photo shoots, watch videos of runway shows and interviews with top designers, and share cool finds with your own style posse.

“We are extremely excited to be launching our iPad app,” says Alison Loehnis, Net-a-Porter’s vice president of sales and marketing. “With it, we are giving our customers the amazing opportunity to shop through the Net-a-Porter magazine in a new and innovative way with the ability to interact with the product while on the go.”

Wanna jazz up your iPad while you shop? Net-a-Porter will soon offer iPad cases from the likes of Burberry, Bottega Veneta, Gucci, and Marc by Marc Jacobs.

The site already has apps for the iPhone and iTouch.

STEPHANIE Pratt is heading to New York — according to a new report.

Insiders say The Hills star is bound for the Big Apple so she can join MTV reality show The City.

Stephanie — the sister of psycho Spencer Pratt — has been talking to producers of the show, which stars Whitney Port and Olivia Palermo, reports New York Post gossip column Page Six.

“Now that The Hills is over, Stephanie has been talking about moving to New York for The City,” a source said.

“There would be a lot of drama there because her ex-best friend, Roxy Olin, is a regular on the show — and there’s bad blood because Roxy just dropped Stephanie for Whitney Port.”

With New York Fashion Week over and done, we take a minute to look back at the the ten things that really helped us get through the madness. Check out our list of ten fashion week saviors after the jump.

1. Robert Verdi’s Luxe Laboratory – Not only did Verdi provide bloggers like us a place to rest and write while in between shows, he also fed us, got us drunk and provided us with VIP transportation courtesy of Mercedes-Benz. I’m definitely going to miss the daily manicures courtesy of Ginger and Liz and blow-outs from the stylist with Phyto Hair Care.

2. The Art of Shaving Shaving Kit – The good folks at The Art of Shaving were nice enough to send me the perfect kit for keeping my beard looking managed. This four piece set kept my bristles at bay and the clean shave ensured that ever double kiss to fashion peeps didn’t result in razor burn.

3. Skin 1 by Dr. Gram – A long time favorite of Becks and I, Dr. Gram’s collection of skin care ensured that we were always fresh faced for the tents and could wash the city off our face each night. The face scrub is equally good as a body scrub, so if you’re looking for a product that will leave both your cheeks kissably soft (and acne free) this is it.

4. iPhone iSkins – The perfect accessory for me cause I’m so accident prone, the iSkins cover is also good for the vain. It includes a high gloss mirrors that allows you to check yourself out before any necessary photo ops.

5. David Barton Gym – After a long day between Milk and the Tents, a nice sweat was the perfect way to burn off steam and review collections on my iPhone. Plus nearly every master of publicity seems to work out here.  Just a few days ago I spotted Pablo Olea (Jeremy Scott’s publicist) steaming in the sauna and my favorite representative from Gucci, Alex Gobo getting  in a few reps. Seriously, the perfect spot for any fashion person to workout and network.

6. Cargo Pro Picks Collection – This perfectly packaged collection has everything you need in order to touch up during the middle of the day, especially when you’re forced to do touch-ups in the porter potties outside the Bryant Park Tents. Yes, this is the glam that fashion writers rarely reflect on.

7. Sephora by O.P.I Nailpolish in Metro Chic – Gray nail polish is my current obsession. It stays on, seems masculine enough, and literally matches everything in my closet. I couldn’t have gotten through fashion week without a coat of this stuff.

8. Cinzia Sunglasses – Sunglasses and sitting front row of fashion week go together like cock and balls. When Cinzia sent me a pair to rock for fashion week, they quickly became my default. Not only did these cover up the massive bags that formed under my eyes from 8 days of straight after-parties and drunkenness, but they were perfect for letting me sleep during shows that just weren’t worthy of my attention.

9. Stiruppz - The PR bitches for these contact me all the time to write about them but I totally thought they were a joke. That was until I tried them and now I’m hooked. I’m a complete boot snob, so anything that makes it easy for me to slip my jeans inside and keep them there, I’m on it. These do just that. Get them if you’d actually like to look like you styled yourself when you left the house rather than like a Zoe-aphobe.

10. APPLE!!!! – You guys and your amazing products. Everyone at La Casa Saynt is on the Apple diet. iPhones, iPods, iMacs, iBooks, Apple TV for watching recorded fashion shows on the big screen. Apple was the unofficial sponsor of this and every fashion week. Muchos gracias Steve Jobs. I’m officially your bitch.

This November, Mulberry will introduce a collection of accessories designed for Apple products. These accessories for men and women have been enhanced with features like padding, pockets and headphone access. The collection includes bags in Mulberry’s natural leathers as well as MacBook sleeves and small bags in various colors and prints.

I’m finally making the switch to an Apple iPhone this December, and while I intended to snag one of those awesome cork cases, I think I’m going to show Gareth Pugh some support and invest in one of his iPhone or Macbook cases from Colette and AnOther Magazine. They’re not cheap, setting you back just over $100, but hey, it’s Pugh people, he’s incredible.

Well indies, it has been awhile, but I am finally back and ready for action. Due to some technical issue that were taken care of by the wonderful people at Apple, I was out of comission for a couple days there. While the vacation was nice, I am clearly a slave to the fashion world, as I have been dying to get back to writing about the latest and greatest in men’s fashion. As always I’ll do my best to get you the best content from around the web, as well as some of my own personal stories that are always sure to ruffle a few feathers.

If you thought we were over the weird baby name thing, you’re in for a sweet surprise. A New Zealand family court has ordered a 9-year-old girl to undergo a name change. Painful process..I know. The little girl named Talula Does The Hula felt close to her roots from native Hawaii until the court  had to interferre. “It makes a fool of the child and sets her up with a social disability and handicap,” says the concerned court. Thankfully someone got the idea!

Along with the order of the name change several names were band from the faces of innocence including Fish and Chips, Yeah Detroit, Keenan Got Lucy and Sex Fruit. Sadly, the number 16, Bus Shelter and Violence are still permitted. Well, at least it’s a start.

Let’s get real, this is becoming ridiculous! With names like Pilot Inspektor and Camera, kids in the next generation are sure to be jumping off cliffs for the ultimate plunge. Someone needs to start thinking about these kids. Or at least keep them under watch. I certainly don’t know what it’s like to walk around as a fruit and I would never wish that upon anyone. When a kid grows up and asks why he’s named Brooklyn and the answer is because that’s where he was conceived, it’s a suicide waiting to happen. Come on everyone, let’s try and keep the parents away from the cocktails.

I can picture the whole fight going down. “I was worth 10 million at two days old.” And the of course the retaliation, “I was worth 10.5.” And there you have it, while Apple and Moses double team Shiloh, there’s Harlow in the corner because she was only worth one.

Not only are these sons and daughters going to be burdened by their worth, their names will manage to haunt them as well. Honor? Moses? Come on. I can picture all the kids taunting Apple with fruit in the cafeteria as Coco sits next to her with requests for hot chocolate. Make it stop! Please, for the sake of your kids. It’s depression waiting to happen.
