Somehow Jessica Alba scored an invite and will hand over the Founders Award to Hal Rubenstein and sexy septuagenarian Grace Coddington will hurl the Board of Directors’ Special Tribute Award to an unsuspecting Arthur Elgort. Karolina Kurkova, not to be outdone, will present the three Swarovski Awards.

Meanwhile, Patrick Ervell dug up Kirsten Dunst for his date, Micahel Kors will be chaperoned by Ashley Greene and Calvin Klein‘s Francisco Costa by noted actress Kerry Washington. Liv Tyler forsake frequent gal-date Stella McCartney for the humpy Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez of Proenza Schouler and last but not least, Chlöe Sevigny will stumble into the ceremony with MAC Cosmetics.

Twilight star Ashley Green graces the cover of TeenPROM 2010, on stands Tuesday, December 22.

In the interview, she opens up about what it was like attending her prom and why she is passionate about helping other teen girls attend theirs through DonateMyDress.org. Click more for interview details.

On her prom: “My prom was great. I bought my dress and I pretty much paid for everything because my parents really didn’t have the money to pay for something like that. I worked for it, so I think it meant that much more to me because I had to save up. I went with my high school sweetheart and had a blast. I had that fairytale prom everyone talks about. It’s something I’ll remember forever.”

On her prom dress: “It was a really, really fitted full-length dress [covered] with bronze and gold sequins,” she remembers. “It was a halter style and the neckline plunged. My mom made me take a shawl. She said, ‘I know your dad, and he’s not going to let you out of the house.’ So we got this really pretty sheer shawl to go over it [as a compromise].”

On donating her own prom dress to DonateMyDress.org which she’s the spokesperson of: “I had my prom dress forever until I became a part of the charity and donated it,” says Ashley. “It’s amazing to see girls’ faces light up [when given a dress]. It’s really fun because I get to interact with these girls and share the experience with them.”

On her prom advice: “Be yourself and don’t overdo it. People have a lot of anticipation for an event like prom and end up overdoing it or wearing too much makeup. Really make sure you are comfortable because then you’ll feel beautiful, instead of going overboard and asking yourself, ‘Oh my gosh, what did I do?’”

On New Moon: “With Twilight, I was just so nervous and new. I didn’t know what to expect,” Ashley confesses. “With New Moon, we had [already] portrayed these characters and the fans responded to the movie and loved it. ”

“Also, Alice’s part became more pivotal. I got to do some action, and basically guided Bella through the whole second half of the film. I was so thankful that it happened in the second movie because I’m not sure I could have handled it in the first one.”

This was the big Twilight weekend across the nation, and with sales reaching $140 million over the weekend, the Twilight “crew” had more than enough reasons to party.D&G sponsored the Twilight party (which was held at The Box) that brought out some of New York’s finest including models, musical artists, socials, and of course actors.

They’re having a Twilight cruise. Yes, Forkes is a real place, and now you can really go there. And then you can go to Alaska, because apparently that’s what you do if you’re a vampire/crazed teenybopper who is overly obsessed with Twilight.

Before I start in in my opinion of this, I want you to know the details. You get in a boat with these ladies:

Second, you pay somewhere around $3000 to freeze your ass off in Alaska, only to get some ‘Q&A’ time with these guys:

Wait who was that second one? Who on earth is that? I don’t remember her being in Twilight, even though I saw it three times in theaters and twice on DVD (now you people can’t get mad at me for bashing, you know I’ve seen this movie almost as much as you have)

Wow. She looks really different. Now I may think that this Twilight thing was pretty cool if Kristen Stewart and/or Robert Pattinson were going to be there (I mean, if Robert Pattinson was going to be there, I would pay the $3000 and go, in a heartbeat), but why would I want to go on a cruise ship to a place that rains almost ever day, followed by a place that is below zero every day, and sometimes the sun doesn’t even come up, with SECONDARY characters of a movie.  Really, why?

I’m sorry Twilight fans, and I’m sorry Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene (see, you didn’t know their names either..I had to look it up), but I think that this cruise sounds like the WORST idea in the history of the earth.
