iPhones are undeniably sexy machinery and a staple for tweeting at fashion shows. But as many users are aware, AT&T’s coverage presently blows like a snorting goat.

AT&T Pays $1.93 Billion to Boost 4G Coverage

AT&T is paying Qualcomm Inc. just shy of $2 billion to upgrade its 4G network, which should extend to 300 million people. The deal will give AT&T users faster coverage and eliminate network congestion.

Holy crap. Will I be able to use my iPhone in my own apartment without walking outside in the freezing cold? *Fingers crossed.*
