MOMENT OF STYLE: Audrey Tautou

MOMENT OF STYLE: Audrey Tautou

From the dress, to the matching leather jacket and bag, Audrey is quickly becoming a fashion icon, kinda like Coco Chanel. Did I mention the haircut? Forget the Aggy do, this is so fresh, def the new pixie.

First Look: Audrey Tautou as Coco Chanel

Rumor has it that Chanel is suffering, cutting back upwards of 200 jobs, and canceling the Mobile Art Exhibit, but the filming of ‘Coco avant Chanel’ is still going strong. Here are the first released images.

Fall Hair Color Trends
Say bye, bye to summer’s platinum blonde and highlights! This season, it’s all about the natural look with subtle, lowlight-ed colors:
Deep Coppers and Reds. If you want to go bold this season, look to deep coppers and reds to add some spice to your look.
Soft, Muted Blondes. The bright blondes of summer are moving to the dark side. As fall comes closer, blondes are softening their look by adding muted lowlights. It’s important for blondes to add softer blonde lowlights to gradually change your colour from light to dark.
Dark Chocolate Browns. This rich colour still reigns supreme for brunettes who are sticking to the one classic colour of deep chocolate brown. No highlights or lowlights needed!
Melting from Dark to Light. If you really want to step up your look, try the melting technique throughout your hair. This offers a fun, edgy look that fades from darker at the top of the head to lighter at the ends.

Karl Lagerfeld Involved With Coco Chanel
Obviously Karl would be involved with anything Chanel, since he is the designer, but now he is working on two other projects involving Coco herself. Two biopics, due to be released next year, will have the backing of Lagerfeld himself as the supervisor of the re-creation of the costumes.
“Chanel et Stravinsky and Coco Avant Chanel, which stars Audrey Tautou (above) as the designer, will feature Chanel dresses and Karl will be supervising the re-creation of costumes and accessories for both productions.”
