Apparently, Lindsay Lohan didn’t get the memo at the Axe Lounge last Friday that it is, indeed, the year 2009. Instead, she opted for a midriff bearing, sequined number circa 1997. Sorry Lohan, that whole skanky, “hey, this is my stomach” look went out of style ages ago.
