Singer Ayumi Hamasaki has been named the Asia “image character” for Rimmel London. I’m assuming that “image character” is just another way of saying she’s the new face of the brand. But maybe not, maybe it’s some subdue dig that Hamasaki looks a bit like a real life Anime character.
