DAMN YOU KATIE HOLMES!!!!

The baggy, shapeless, saggy-assed boyfriend jean in infiltrating. Fashion It girls are making it happen and as I sit in a coffee shop in Soho, I count the amount of people who are now attempting it. For shame, for SHAME. I can’t stand by this one indies, it’s too careless when done wrong, and since it is rare to see it work on a girl without making her look like a Samantha Ronson stand-in, I’m advising you all stay away. But, if you really must attempt, and can’t seem to get it right, one our our Sayntly bloggers was nice enough to get examples of the boyfriend done right, and done horribly wrong. Enjoysies.

Can’t decide if I like this look or not…Feel like it would take the right kind of person to pull it off. On that note, I don’t really like the cuffing at the bottom, but I do like the juxtaposition of the slim blazer with the wide leg pant.
