BBlessing has been one of my favorite boutiques in NYC since the first time I set foot in the store, and they are quickly becoming a favorite designer of mine too. The collections are very much representative of their store and the other designers they carry. They are very modern and trendy formal looks, laden with boy ties and small metal accessories to complete the looks. I am a big fan of the new Spring collection, and look forward to dropping in on the boutique soon to check out the new collection in person.

I had a chance to stop by the BBlessing store this past weekend and check out this line in person. The jeans are awesome. They aren’t terribly expensive, and when I first saw them amongst the stacks of Rag and Bone and Surface To Air jeans, I couldn’t tell them apart. The tops are great as well, fairly straight forward key pieces to a look. So be sure to get out to the boutique on Orchard St. and pick up the latest from BBlessing.

We used to have this really great boutique right next to our office in Dumbo, then we realized they were having a huge going away sale. Wondering what that was about, we bought way too much stuff and now owe way too much to our credit cards. Now we found out that they were just planning on moving to the big apple, LES to be exact. Gargyle is now ‘conveniently’ located on 16A Orchard St at Canal, and still carries top of the line indie faves like Rogues Gallery, Corpus, 3:33 Footwear, Mjolk and timoWallets, with new additions including Acne Jeans, Billykirk’s rustic man-bags and lines from New York staple stores BBlessing and Opening Ceremony.
