Above is an image of recent Pete, and I must admit that he looks mighty HOT. I’m loving the clean face and goatie, and since we are a fashion blog after all, I have to mention his all black outfit, which looks quite stylish. Guess married life/being a daddy is doing good things for Pete. Keep up the good look, and leave the guyliner to Marilyn Manson.

I have always loved Claire Danes from the start. From a grunge-loving teen in My So-Called Life to a love-distressed damsel in Romeo and Juliet, she always completely submerges herself in her roles for a fantastic job well done. But her style has not always been so fabulous. The short, dirty-blonde hair, weird prints and shiny leather jackets was not working out. A stylist out there deserves a huge pat on the back because she is looking fantastic these days. She really has turned into a style star!

Well now I’m just convinced that you can put anyone on Gossip Girl and they will be transformed into a fashionable person. Take for example Serena van der Woodsen’s new “main squeeze” on the show, John Patrick Amedori. Besides no one knowing who the hell this kid is, he looked like someone I knew in high school who wore the same clothes four times a week. Now that he’s on Gossip Girl he at least looks like he knows what he’s doing. Of course this is the first image I have seen of him from the show, he’s off to a good start. By the way I hate seeing images from the filming of the show, it just makes me want to see the episode now!

A girl who goes from looking like Rosanne Bar to the white English version of Rihanna deserves some praise, or atleast her stylist does. A few months back I heard all this gossip about a Miley Cyrus online dance battle and I had to check it out. Adam Sevani and Jon Cho (the men behind Step Up 2: The Streets) composed this amazing series of dance battles challenging Miley and her friend Amanda, along with promoting their movie Step Up 2. Due my obsession with movies, and this insanely addicting dance video, I know I had to check this movie out. Adam Sevani one of the main characters is totally rad, and he has found himself in the spotlight because of it. The kid must have realized he had to pull himself together if he was going to be semi-famous, beause he definately looks better. Probably one of the best dressed B-boy dance kids I have ever seen. Check out his awesome dance video below, and try not to have the desire to break dance when you’re done. Daniel was going crazy.

Drew Barrymore had always been adorable, but her fashion sense was never great throughout the 90s and early 21^st century. That has all changed recently…she’s been looking fabulous. I’m not sure if she found better stylist or came to her own senses, but it’s working marvelously!

I guess if you are going to be cast in a show about Beverly Hills you have to actually look like you live there. There is no way that Shenae Grimes has made enough money from 90210 already to have hired a stylist, so she either has one on lease for now, or she made more money than we thought be a bitchy teen on Degrassi. Either way she looks good now and definitely got her act together.

p.s. Has anyone seen the new 90210 yet? Is it worth my time?

I saw these two recent pictures of Christina Ricci and was amazed at how fantastic she looks. I barely recognized her until I read the photo captions. Ricci has always been a unique beauty, not quite fitting the mold of what starlets are supposed to look like. But her stunning, china-doll face was always hidden behind gothic-style hair and makeup. And her clothing choices were far from charming, in colors that masked her adorable figure. I don’t know who her stylist is, but WOW. The softer look fits Ricci to a T.

Though Katy Perry herself has a very unique style, it is quite apparent a few adjustments have been made in her look of late. She has always been a mix between Amy Winehouse and Dita Von Teese in my eyes, and I think her new look only reinforces that view. When your debut single tops the charts for ten or so weeks, your label is willing to toss some extra money your way, and it looks like Katy spent it well on a good stylist. Katy is constantly seen wearing young, up-and-coming, indie designers which we love so much about her. She has also been seen rocking some New york Couture as well!

In anticipation for the release of Forgetting Sarah Marshall on DVD, I decided to remind everyone of how good Mila Kunis looks. She must be pulling in a lot of dough because she is looking much better than she used to, and it is apparent she realised that looking like a hippie on That 70′s Show isn’t in style and got herself a stylist. From bell bottoms to Stella McCartney, Mila has stepped her game up. Be sure to check out Forgetting Sarah Marshall if you haven’t already, I nearly peed my pants it was so funny. However, I can hear Mila talk without picturing Meg Griffin from Family Guy, and she needs to break up with that Michael Jackson fondling Mccauley Culkin.

I have always admired Lily Allen’s fashion spirit. It says, “I like what I’m wearing, and if you don’t, fuck off.” But I can’t help but noticing how fabulous she’s looked as of late. Whoever she hired as a stylist is doing a remarkable job.

Upon the release of her new film, The House Bunny, it’s been tough for us to remember Anna’s Scary Movie days. But boy were they there! Anna was no blonde with a fashionable approach to style, but she sure was a brunette who loved her leather pants. Thanks to a fabulous stylist, Anna’s been looking better than ever. Strutting the red carpet, Anna has recently been camera ready 24/7. She sure owes her stylist a big thank you!

Diane Kruger’s stylist is definitely doing a good job. It was actually really hard to find photos before she had a stylist. Here she is wearing a stunning Dior Couture dress right off the Fall 08 runway. And again, a gorgeous white Grecian style dress. One of the best examples of a girl next door turned Hollywood sex kitten, Diane Kruger is a inspiration and a force to be reckoned with.

Emmy Rossum is someone who I really never knew much about until late, but I’ve definitely taken notice of her. You can definitely notice an upgrade in style from the past until now, and I must say she looks elegant and classy. I’m totally into the leather dress she has on above. I’m calling it now leather is coming back strong, if you haven’t realized it already!

For those of you who don’t know who Russell Brand is, he is the English version of Dane Cook except he’s actually funny, and he dresses like a bad ass. Russell Brand has most recently been noted for his role in Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and I will say there is something about his look that I do admire. His rocker attitude mixed with his English style is comes into a perfect mix when you look at him. He definately has a good stylist, and I can’t wait to see what they will have him draped in on the VMA’s in a few days, and if you haven’t seen Forgetting Sarah Marshall yet it comes out soon too, and it’s hilarious.

Never thought that claymates Wallice and Gromit would get a make-over but here they are as the new faces of Department store Harvey Nicols. They have exchanged their mix of tweeds and sweater vests for Alexander McQueen, Dolce & Gabbana and Giorgio Armani. And Wallace love interest Lady Tottington will be seen sporting some Christian Louboutin stilettos, according to the U.K.’s Sun.

Their next animated adventure is currently in-production called A Matter of Loaf and Death. Guess we’ll settle for this for now.

This just goes to prove that even the smallest amount of styling can go a long way. Ugly Betty star Val Emmich must finally be seeing some porfits from the show because he definately has someone dressing him now. His sloppy display of style has clearly been refined into something a little better. Though the change isn’t that drastic, Val is worth noting for his style upgrade.

When all is said and done Gossip Girl is going to be notorious for changing young under the radar stars into fashion icons. I found myself caught in a moment of boredom watching “John Tucker Must Die,” when I realized that Penn Badgley was John Tucker’s brother. I couldn’t believe how bad he looked, but apparently it earned him enough money to get a stylist and Blake Lively, and he has looked great ever since.

Since we did Leighton Meester we figured we would keep our Gossip Girl addiction going and feature Miss. Lively in our ever so popular befor they had stylists. You all have no idea how hard it was to find a pre Gossip Girl shot of this hottie, but don’t worry I found one. She looks very Courtney Love trash in that first picture. She is wearing Marc Jacobs , but as we always try to tell you here, just because it is a certain label doesn’t mean you look good in it. But when you are on a fashion forward show like Gossip Girl you can’t help but grow into your fashion sense. Since Blake has hired a stylist full time she has looked just as good off screen as she does on. Yes I may be saying all these kind words about her because I am mildly attracted to her, but can you blame me? Though I am not too sure how I feel about a show like Gossip Girl having such a huge influence on fashion, I will say it has definately helped out Blake Lively.

Leighton Meester has always been a good looking girl, but with her hit TV show Gossip Girls doing great she was finally able to get herself a great stylist. The thing I like most about her is how her stlye is refelcted in both Gossip Girl and her everyday life. Whether she is playing Blair or being herself she always looks elegant and composed. Good job on the stylist and I personally can’t wait until season 2 starts.

Amanda Bynes went from that annoying little brat on Nickelodeon’s “All That” to a hottie who has been the hot chick 16 year old boys are having wet dreams to. Normally one would say age is the cause for this transformation due to the fact that she started acting so young, but being the fashion freak I am I’m going to have to go with the stylist as the cause fo change. Once she was done with Nickelodeon and moved on to doing movies, she was able to spend some cash on a stylist who totally made her hot. Money well spent Amanda.

If you were to flip through the pages of your latest fashion magazine, chances are Liv Tyler would grace the pages as a fashionista; in fact, lately, many people tend to be in awe of her constant ability to look fabulous from head to toe. Now let’s backtrack to Liv in the good old days. She looks like a completely different person! Before Liv became an icon she was hardly ever inclined toward being one of the best dressed leading ladies out there; but now, she’s unstoppable!

Marky Mark my how you’ve changed. You went from a white rapper to a damn good actor. Thank god you got a stylist! There is something about white ghetto rapper that brings Eminem beating his wife to mind, and well I could do without that for a long time. Although I’m sure there are hundreds of you ghetto fab readers out there thinking “What’s wrong with over sized letterman jackets and backwards hat?” and that is why you don’t work at Fashion Indie and I do. Mark Walhberg needed a stylist badly and lucky for him he did or he would probably be trying to put together some crappy reunion tour like New Kids On The Block, or he’d have a reality TV show on VH1 right after Flava Flav.

When it comes to Vanessa Hudgens she is decent at best in my eyes, but I do have to admit she has a pretty good stylist. She has finally occompanied that flawless smile with some pretty flawless clothes as well. Notice the exotic skin shoes…Yeah we trendsparked those how long ago? So now that Vanessa has finally hit Fashion Indie securing a spot on every website the internet offers, can she please fade out of the spotlight. I’m sick of seeing her smile that screams I’m richer than you.

We all know how big of a douche bag Kanye West is, but I will be the first to admit that he is everything I expect in a rapper arrogant, obnoxious, and cocky. Along with being a great live performer (yeah I said it) he has become a bit of a style icon unfortunately. He does dress well and can make anything cool these days, even shutter shades. Although he is not as cool as he thinks he is, Kanye is a pretty trendy guy.

Anne Hathaway should be thankful for her stylist because she is doing a great job. Anne started out as the young poorly dressed teen actor shown above, and has transformed into a gorgous well dressed woman. I give her stylist two thumbs up, and plus if she didn’t look so hot she wouldn’t be pulling in some of the movie roles she has been getting. So congrats Anne Hathaway for being one of the few I don’t have to make fun of for dressing poorly. Keep up the good work!

Shia LaDouche used to be such a cute kid with awful style, and now he’s bloomed into a decently dressed douche. His stylist has really transformed (get it transformed) him into a top actor. Shia should be thanking him everyday because if he didn’t look decent he would still be making made for TV movies on the Disney Channel. Unfortunately this picture doesn’t display the pube beard that Shia loves to rock when he is off doing badass things with his “bros”. I could be writing all these mean things because I am a bit jealous that he gets to make out with Megan Fox on the big screen, but then I remind myself that she is getting paid millions to do that.

Here Paltrow is some 17 years later having concurred the red carpet. Between her first red carpet appearance and now she learned that she is not a fashion icon, rather an actress. But there are people you can hire to make you look like you know how to dress. Money well spent Paltrow.
