STREET HEROES: Guys In Floral Pants

That’s a lot of color. I am an advocate for guys in floral print drop crotch pants.

STREET HEROES: Berlin
Whether or not this guy is a model or a random dude who just happens to walk with his groceries ‘casually’ slung over his shoulder (sure), I like it. The grays are pleasantly balanced by the light jeans, my only complaint: if you’re going to wear pre-ripped jeans, buy ones that don’t look pre-ripped.

STREET HEROES: Eric From Berlin
Besides the fact that Eric is a hottie, his look is so sexy in a very ‘I completely didn’t try to look this good’ way…
STREET HEROES: Way Too Cool for School
“Oh, me. This is how I always lean.” Yeah, real natural dude.
Designer: ANNTIAN

It’s never easy to find a menswear collection that pushes boundaries without alienating the general male population, but Anne Hilken and Christian Kurt’s label Anntian manages to introduce some new concepts into the mens market without being a complete conceptual shit storm. I find the collection by the Berlin duo designers to be perfect for the downtownie or the Burger who isn’t afraid of a little sheen with their shake. And yes, I covet the poncho. Me wantie now!!!

As If Police Uniforms Weren’t Enough…
Ever wear your Fred Perry polo to work? Ever sport your casual Ben Sherman pants to the company luncheon? If you answered yes to either of these questions, you might as well forget pursuing your hopes and dreams of becoming an officer in the Berlin police force. Police in Berlin, more directly undercover officers, were banned from wearing Fred Perry, Ben Sherman, ACAB, Alpha Industries, Consdaple, Lonsdale, Pit Bull, Outlaw, Troublemaker, and Thor Steinar for their common association with neo-Nazism. In layman’s terms, officers can’t sport a Thor Steinar sweater simply because of the designer’s popularity among a certain group. According to that rationale, police should be banned from wearing black and white stripes and bright orange too, since they are commonly associated with imprisoned criminals! Now, I am in no way defending neo-Nazi thinkers, I am simply defending man’s right to choose what he puts on his back. This is not a dress code, this is just ridiculous. Do people honestly think that a tiny Fred Perry logo is going to promote neo-Nazism? I highly doubt it. It’s pretty hasty to assume that all people who wear these labels are neo-Nazis or will sway others to believe in their ideals.
Thanks NY Mag!

Her hair is awesome. This look is really relaxed (which is great)
