Countless are the times we have found ourselves rifling through the shoe section of a store, trying to find the perfect pair of shoes, but coming out empty handed. Luckily, the folks over at Shoes of Prey have developed a solution that saves us from hours of wasted shoe grazing. A bespoke footwear website launched in 2009, the site allows women to create stunning, affordable, unique custom-made shoes.

The skinny stiletto has gone on a long walk for the fall 2012 season, replaced by chunky heels with a more masculine edge. Boots fall in two lengths — ankle length or thigh-high, leaving the mid-calf field all but bare. And black, unsurprisingly is big, but burgundy is a strong color for the season as seen on the runways for Tommy Hilfiger, Alexander Wang, Derek Lam and Diane von Furstenberg, among others.

Olive has consumed me. Which is strange because it’s typically me consuming olives, like three, in a slightly naughty martini. But the pitted extra virgin maker is the hue I’m so drawn to right now.
It’s that brown with just a droplet of green – and not a drop more or you’re going too jungle. Why so perfect? Its chameleon ability to match with black, gray and brown, and nearly every other color you desire. Like that cool Fendi blue in the previous post.

I truely covet these Dolce Vita Jayden Open Toe Booties. They’re $200 bucks and bring a little bit of sexy toe cleavage to the fall. Or, if you’re a bit more demure, you can also throw on some patterned leggings and give a totally different type of peep show.
