Either way, Cammy D’z has seen better days. Not very many better days, mind you, as girl loves her some red carpet bed-head. But instead of looking like she just rolled out of bed and threw on whatever Rachel Zoe picked out for her, Diaz looks like she was run over by the diminutive stylist’s SUV on her way to outfit someone who was actually invited to the ceremony.

Whaddya say we just chalk this up to a bad hair day and forget it ever happened? This dress, however, needs to be burned immediately.

In the interview, Cameron opens up about dating bad boys, working with her ex, Justin Timberlake, and her “juicy booty.”

On her figure: “Most booties that propel girls are usually the bigger booties. I have a little tiny one, but it is, nonetheless, juicy.”

When asked about who she’s dating, Cameron was coy, “I grew up with the Dodgers, but now I’m a Yankees fan.”

On aging: “The only way to stop it is if you die. But that’s not a great alternative.” She’d much rather be Helen Mirren. “That woman is drop-dead sexy. She’s not trying to turn back the hands of time, she is just taking care of herself.” And, more impressively, “She’s a nudist!”

On her body: “The more I work on my body at this age, the better it gets. . . I feel so much more attractive now. A thousand percent. I’m appreciating my skin and my wrinkles and all those things.”

On her relationships, and dating bad boys: “I’ve always loved men and boys,” she says with a grin. “I don’t get hung up on what boys do. I don’t have a nagging nature. I feel like I can be a woman but also relate to a man. . . Who doesn’t like the bad boy, until you grow up and realize bad boys are not the way to go? I’m done with that.”

On working with her ex, Justin Timberlake, in the upcoming comedy Bad Teacher: “Justin and I have laughed together for years. He is the funniest guy; you’ve seen the stuff he does on SNL.” She appreciated the shorthand an ex-couple can have. “Oh, absolutely,” she says, nodding. Humor brought them together in the first place then? She responds with an emphatic yes.”

Here’s what she said in an interview with British Vogue: “The fountain of youth [for me], let’s see…I guess it’s exercise, healthy diet, lots of water, lots of laughter, lots of sex — yes, sex, we need that as human beings. It’s healthy, it’s natural, it’s what we are here to do!” Good for her, and her current boyfriend, A.Rod.

Cameron Diaz, Sandra Bullock, Sherri Shepard, and Kate Winslet all wore side swept waves to last night’s Oscars. “The Veronica Lake look was in full bloom at this year’s Oscars,” says Gayle Giacomo owner and expert stylist, Gatsby Salon in Green Brook, NJ. “Sandra Bullock, Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz laminated the red carpet with this timeless style.” Step by step how to after the jump.

1. Start with using a volumizer on damp hair’s roots. (Try Gatsby Salon’s Texture Lift, $12.50 available by calling 732.752.4247)

2. Use a blow dryer to remove excess moisture from hair.

3. Section hair into five sections. A right and left section at the nape of the neck, a section on the right and left sides of your head, and the top of your head.

4. Blowdry each section using a round brush and dry hair in a vertical direction, pulling the hair straight up from your head to create volume and lift at the root.

5. After entire head is dried, form the same 5 sections. Use a 1 ½ inch barrel curling iron to curl sections, beginning at the bottom of hair sections.

6. To create an arch and bend at the root, place the iron on the root and pull upwards as you move it to the ends of the hair.

7. Once the iron has reached the ends, keep the curling iron horizontal as you rotate the iron back towards the root area, creating a curl. Once hair is heated in this position, release the iron from the hair, letting the hair fall.

8. Follow immediately with a flexible hold hairspray (Try Gatsby Salon’s Structura Shaping Spray, $14.95 available by calling 732.752.4247) and allow hair to cool.

9. Repeat steps 6 through 8 until your entire head is curled.

10. Allow at least ten minutes for hair to cool entirely before touching it.

11. Turn head upside down and use a paddle brush to brush through your entire head.

12. Create a part that suits your style and use your fingers to tame and place hair to the direction you desire.

13. Complete style by using a holding spray to secure this look.

Some noteworthy dresses were Oscar de la Renta (of course!) worn by Cameron Diaz, which was gorgeous but didn’t seem to fit her properly.

Of course there were some juicy lapses. Charlize Theron seemed to have successfully combine cabaret look with princess, waz up with those boob roses?

SJP looked like she’s hiding something under that Chanel dress and her ring looked like she was holding a cigarette.

Could Nancy Carrell find even more “invisible” dress? Someone, get her a red belt or something!

And last but not least: Nicole Ricci is going to war in her full-body armor!!!

Kate wears white soo well, I love everything about this look, including the perfectly matched shoes!

4. Drew Barrimore in Atelier Versace

Was not loving the hair, but the dress is pretty amazing! Glad she (or her stylist) picked something so distinct!

5. Tina Fey in Zac Posen

Perfect perfect perfect! The length is great, the shoes are adorable, and it fits her like it was made for her!

6. Chloe Sevigny in Valentino

Amazing, gorgeous, fabulous, stunning, perfect! My favorite look of the evening hands down!

7.  Zoe Saldana in Louis Vuitton

At first I didn’t like it, but the more I look at it the more I like it, especially the color.

8. Cameron Diaz  in Alexander McQueen

Cameron looks stunning in red, and she’s probably the only person who can pull off shoulder pads on the red carpet.

9. January Jones in Lanvin

Even though she wore all black, the satin accents, including the headband are fabulous!

10. Maggie Gyllenhall in RM by Roland Mouret

Love the color, and the cut is perfect on her figure!

Let’s analyze this…Vogue is a fashion magazine, so those featured on the cover must technically have something to do with fashion. Next, What has Cameron done lately? We haven’t seen her at any award shows, cuz she hasn’t done any movies, cuz she disappeared after her breakup with Justin Timerlake. Also, the green issue? Yes, Cameron did buy the first Prius a while back, and so what, so have tons of other celebs. Oh, and didn’t Anna promise us a model for the next issue? Guess she lied.

LINKAGE: Jezebel

TIM GUNN: Be honest, who doesn’t love fashion consultant and Project Runway mentor Tim Gunn? As the chair of fashion design at Parsons The New School For Design and host of Tim Gunn’s Guide to Style, it is safe to say that this man really knows his fashion shtik. Gunn’s fashion advice always leads to the polished and classy. He’ll help you accentuate your features, hide your flaws and “make it work.”

NOLE MARIN: Former jude on America’s Next Top Model and current editor/stylist for Elle, Nole Marin too has a leg up on the industry. The guy has even worked with the average Joe, providing fashion advice and makeovers for desperate teens on MTV’s Made. Marin might not be the most edgy stylist out there, but he knows what is current and he knows how to style the average body.

MISS J. ALEXANDER: Sometimes it is hard to take Miss J seriously, a grown man in makeup, pigtails and sometimes stilettos, but as runway coach, judge and consultant on America’s Next Top Model, his advice is always spot on. He might be cocky and brash, but Miss J knows what women look good in and how they should “work it.” Trust his attitude, a confident look is always the best look.

RACHEL ZOE: If your goal is to look like a celebrity, then Rachel Zoe is the stylist for you. Noted for working with prominent celebrities like Cameron Diaz, Mischa Barton and Demi Moore as well as her Bravo TV show, The Rachel Zoe Project, Zoe has all tips for glamour and sophistication.

CRISTINA EHRLICH AND ESTEE STANLEY: You may not have heard of them, but this duo may very well be the most demanded stylists in the celebrity scope. They’ve made Penelope Cruz and Nicole Richie look like a million bucks, but even so, they know how to dress on a budget. Take their expertise and pay attention to details, buy high quality classic pieces, wear a variety of silhouettes and build off of a simple piece.

I know it was “the thing to do” in sixth grade but having holes in your jeans is about as cool as naming your left nipple Beyonce Knowles and claiming no one is ready for your jelly.  When you’re a hasbeen 30-something, attempting to hold on to a small shred of your youth by hitting the streets with a pair of jeans that look that you spent the last two weeks on your knees in front of of a casting director cause no one in Hollywood takes you seriously, you’ve got a problem. Take it from me, kneepads are the new holes girlie,  so ditch the strategically placed wear-n-tear and get in with the times.

The only type of holes I can thoroughly endorse are those caused on your brain from a major dose of E on rave nights.
