Armani Exchange Neon Carnival: Armani Exchange and 944 Magazine took over a private airport on the outskirts of the festival and built a fully-functioning, Armani Exchange-branded carnival. In addition to the ferris wheel, giant slide and carnival games, they managed to build an outdoor club in the middle of the venue, complete with celebrities and bottle service. DJs Devin Lucien, Jesse Marco, and DJ Politik kept the energy high while young Hollywood danced the night away. Josh Hartnett, Paris and Nicki Hilton, Camilla Belle, Kellen Lutz, Penn Badgley, Tara Reid, Jamie Chung and Elijah Wood were just a few of our celeb spottings.

Belvedere Music Lounge: The Belve Music Lounge provided a peaceful oasis from the hot desert sun. Located at a private estate in Bermuda Dunes, the lounge had a refreshing pool, mini sand pit, cold cocktails, a fun photo booth and models in bikinis demonstrating the Belvedere shaker app on iPads. DJ sets were as sought-after as the festival lineup: The Knux, Taryn Manning, Dirty Vegas, Yacht, Punches, Blaqstarr, DJ Berrie, Junior Sanchez, Theophilus London and more spun for our pleasure. Our celeb spottings included Rosario Dawson, Brittany Snow, Laidback Luke and Miguel.

Lacoste: Lacoste L!ve, the younger, more fashionable crocodile, hosted a Pool Party that supported the efforts of The Voice Project foundation. Patron popsicles cooled us off while DJ Cassidy kept us dancing. Celeb spottings included Katy Perry, Alexander Skarsgard, Malin Akerman, Kirsten Dunst, Diane Kruger, Joshua Jackson, Adrian Grenier, Ke$ha, Lea Michele, Kelly and Jack Osbourne and Jared Eng.

I’ll be honest, I hated this look when I first saw it on Camilla. But let’s take another look at this outfit on the Jason Wu spring 2011 runway:

I think she looks good, if not better, than the model walking in the show. Camilla‘s body is rock solid, so she can wear something this revealing and look so hot. I think the sparkly black bag is a nice touch and dresses it up a bit. But is it a little much for a movie premiere? In Los Angeles, I don’t think so. I kind of hate that ruffled bandeau anyway, so I wish she would have chosen something sleeker for under the suit. But for pulling off this very difficult look and showing up to her own movie premiere, Camilla gets a:

1. Kate Bosworth – She’s a red carpet staple, but if you tell me Kate’s been in anything since 2002′s Blue Crush I’ll laugh in your face. You could argue that she was Superman Returns but Lois Lane disappears from view as soon as she turns sideways.

Kerry Washington – Stunning Washington has been in critically-acclaimed fare such as Ray, The Last King of Scotland and Save the Last Dance (speaking of which, the last thing I saw Julia Stiles in was a commercial touting her as an original; I must have been mistaken), but if you add up her screen time from all of her films, she’s easily logged more exposure strolling the red carpet.

4. Vanessa Hudgens - Hudgens recently completed her most challenging role to date as Zac Efron‘s “girlfriend,” a part in which she was never truly convincing. Though known for not wearing clothes, she’s still one of Teen Vogue‘s Best Dressed Celebs of 2010.

5. Rachel Bilson – Ever since The O.C. ended, Bilson has emerged as a style icon for young girls who see her engaging performances every week in the pages of Us Weekly and In Touch.

6. Emma Roberts – The extent of my knowledge regarding Emma Roberts: she’s Julia Roberts‘ niece. Oh, and she’s Eric Roberts‘ daughter. Though she’s making a name for herself as a legitimate actress, for now her last name and her emerging glamor are her only defining characteristics.

IMDb says: It’s Kind of a Funny Story (2010) I’ve actually heard good things about this dramedy about a clinically depressed teenager in an adult psych ward, but I, like everyone, haven’t seen it.

Demi Moore – Despite not having been in a  movie since husband Ashton Kutcher was in diapers (and Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle doesn’t count so don’t even try it), stylist Rachel Zoe is always on the verge of a heart attack clamoring to dress her. For what, the supermarket? Demi always looks great, but a movie star of her stature should have at least one more good movie in her.

IMDb says: Bunraku (2010) And this is not it. Demi co-stars with Josh Hartnett and Woody Harrelson in a drama/fantasy about a drifter who blah-blah-blah, who cares? Striptease 2: From the Stripper Pole to the Nursing Home!

The lineup of socialites and former models already includes Camilla Belle, Marpessa and Carmen Dell’ Orefice, but there will be some women with “real” jobs sprinkled into the mix. This show could be a great disaster or great success, but I just can’t wait to see it.

I’m in love with Camilla Belle after seeing her rock the fuck out of this green Jason Wu custom olive green silk tulle cocktail dress.  Laced with Cartier jewelry and a Christian Louboutin oragami cluctch, Wu and Belle attended the 2010 MET Costume Institute Gala and After-Party together. Don’t they make a cute designer/celebrity couple…

I absolutely adore this spread. Vanity Fair always thinks of the most clever little ways to show off fashion. To celebrate the return of West Side Story to Broadway (which I’m so excited about, by the way), the magazine shot this spread as a tribute to the musical. It stars Camilla Belle (as Maria), JLo (as Anita), Rodrigo Santoro (as Bernardo), Chris Evans (as Riff) and Ben Barnes (as Tony). Others including Brittany Snow, Jay Hernandez, Robert Pattinson, Ashley Tisdale and Drake Bell make cameos throughout. Great musical, great fashion and great line-up for this spread have made me very happy. Now if only I could get “I feel pretty” out of my head.

Actress Camilla Belle looks gorgeous in the spread “Belle de Jour” shot by Mark Abrahams for GQ magazine. The 22-year-old starlet has been working on a few new movies set to come out in the next couple of years. Aside from being a rising star, Belle has been dating Joe Jonas of The Jonas Brothers. I wonder how long he’ll be able to keep his little abstinence promise after seeing these photos.

“Do, Do You Got A First Aid Kit,” for her face! This Danity Kane singer is always wearing to much makeup and not enough clothes. Aubrey O’Day used to look good, but she has really been a tranny mess of late.

Amy Winehouse used to be such a cute innocent girl from England. She used to dress well, and fairly conservative too. Now she is a cracked out drug and alcohol abuser who spends more time “powdering her nose” than getting dressed (if she event puts clothes on).

She started out as a “Heroine Chic” hipster forerunner. Now Cory Kennedy is just a heroine user who just blends in with all the Williamsburg hipsters. She has become surprisingly unoriginal, and could seriously use a shower.

I can’t stand the fact that Rihanna is tricking the impressionable minds of the American youth that leather leggings are fashionable. We give her props for trying to support smaller indie designers, but when you look like that you’re almost giving them a bad rep. Let us not forget that week span where she was photographed wearing the same outfit everyday.

What did we really expect from the offspring of a professional wrestler and 2008′s cougar of the year. I think it is safe to say Brooke Hogan doesn’t know best.

If you were ever confused on what an “emo” kid looks like, well here is your answer. I personally have never had problems with tattoos, but facial piercings are a totally different story.

But when thats all you wear and you always have the hood up, it gets old fast. Lucky for him his wife isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed, or she might force him to change his look for once.

Is it bad that “Little Miss Sunshine” makes me want to puke every time I see her? Yes, she may be twelve but regardless Abigail Breslin dresses like crap. We live in a decade where twelve year old girls are supposed to look eighteen, and well it’s no fun when you actually look twelve. Can someone say stylist?

When you are following in the footsteps of Cory Kennedy (who is already on this list), what did you expect? You are a wannbe hipster who spends your C-list celebrity paycheck on coke and alcohol. Oh and the OC wasn’t even that good! Guess this is what happens when you have to go back to shopping at Urban Outfitters because your career is over.

This Canadian punk wannabe, Avril Lavigne, should be deported immediately. The pink, black and white color scheme was done years ago, right along with pink streaks in your hair. You tour is doing terrible and so is your stylist.

Sam looks decent for a guy, but still not even that good. We are over the whole fedora and high top sneakers everyday. I would pay to see her in a dress, but I guess one of them had to be the man of the relationship, and it seems like Lindsay wouldn’t give in.

Since her boy toy Spencer came out and said how he gets paid to go places and gets all this free stuff, we can’t help but think that the disgusting clothes Heidi wears were free. Heidi is exactly what fashion shouldn’t be. Her style is terrible and as fake as her chest…and nose…and hair color…and reality show!

Well Tila Tequila does dress right for the job of being the biggest MySpace whore of all time. She is the only one with bad enough style that both guys and girls don’t want to date her.

This self proclaimed “trendsetter” couldn’t be any further from that in my eyes. When you show up to red carpet events in graduation gowns and turbans claiming to be fashionable you know you have a problem. You know you aren’t looking so good when every other poorly dressed person on this list is complimenting you, and every one on the best dressed list is laughing at you from a distance. I will say his best accessory is his little “mushroom cut” rocking friend Anna Wintour, but only because it dumbs down his awfulness. Fashion should be different and outlandish at the time, but practical at the same time. Andre doesn’t have that.

Daniel and I were just having a conversation about who is the newest indie it girl when it comes to fashion, then I came across an article on Coco’s Tea Party on Camilla Belle, and I have to say I agree. She’s young, beautiful, has a great bod, and knows how to wear a great party dress, whether designed by the newest indie  or a big house name. “She is part Isabella Blow, part Audrey Hepburn. Stylists seem to adore her, possibly because she is a stylist herself. Camilla never uses stylists for events, playing the role of her own stylist.”
