Jingle bells will be jingling, silver bells will be silvering and sleigh bells will be sleighing — meanwhile, who knew there were so many bells associated with this show? — as you scour the racks for the best gift deals, pretend you care about people other than yourself and of course, ready the good ole Christmas tree. An Abu Dhabi hotel spent $11 million on its Christmas tree.

Adorned with rubies, rare jewels and gold, the hotel admitted it probably went overboard in “attempts to overload” the tree. A 43-foot faux fir with semi-precious stones – talk about a tricked-out tree.
