Check out a small little preview of the upcoming collection from Chronicles Of Never. The photo shoot looks awesome, being the tech nut I am, I am still trying to figure out they made this happen. Regardless, this is collection I can’t wait to see all of.

Thanks to The Fashionisto for the images.

Interviews Of Fashion: Gareth Moody

Interviews Of Fashion: Gareth Moody all indie

The folks over at Happy People Don’t Complain recently got a chance to sit down with Gareth Moody. The former Ksubi designer started Chronicles of Never back 2007, and the Australian brand has been taking off ever since. I love the company so I was obviously excited to read the interview. Here’s a little snipet of the conversation.

HPDC: Tell us something about your background and your role at CON?
GARETH MOODY: I was born in Sydney Australia, I also happen to currently live in my place of birth. Actually have not studied beyond my years at school, I decided to tackle things in a trial and error type arrangement, to date it seems to be working. My role atCHRØNICLESØFNEVER, well I’m the founder, director and designer, so I suppose I’m multi-tasking at present.

HPDC: How do you create your designs?
GARETH MOODY: I’m more of a hands on character, I’m also a little old fashioned, I illustrate everything by hand, pencil to paper. I prefer this method of design.

Be sure to check out Happy People Don’t Complain for the rest of the interview.

Holy crap I just had a shoegasm, because the new Chronicles of Never collection is just mind numbly hot. There is not a single doubt in my mind that I would trade away my first born for this whole line up of amazing. When I die I want to be buried in these shoes.

Thanks Selectism for feeding my addiction

Just because the Summer is just about over (thank God!), this doesn’t mean that it’s time to put your shorts away yet. First seen in the Givenchy show awhile back, the shorts and leggings look for men is coming to be more and more popular. Duckie Brown seemed to be pushing the look pretty hard, featuring it up and down the runway this Fashion Week, not to mention the street sightings that have been popping in up. This is an amazing look, that when teamed with some boots, can be a look that could keep your shorts in your dresser drawers until Winter (for all you west coasters this could be a year round look). My only word to the warning is take precaution on your legging choice and fit, you don’t want to look like you’re rocking those weird Under Armour pants.

These amazing legging-esque track-pant by Chronicles Of Never (available at Pitbull Mansion) are exactly what I’m going to be gunning for this Fall. As soon as the temperature drops a little more I’ll be sure to snap a few of me rocking this look full out, I hope to see some of my indie friends doing the same!

Touche We Are The Market for beating me to the punch on this one.
