Unhappy with your latest boob job? Surgeons and the court tell you to watch your mouth. Or at least they want you to make sure that what your saying is true. With all of the ease that comes with expressing your opinion on the Internet, there’s certainly a lot of responsibility that comes with the job! Several women, who were former patients of Dr. Jay Pensler, gave some pretty drastic feedback concerning recent breast augmentations they had received. On Yelp and Citysearch women wrote comments like, “MY BREASTS LOOK LIKE SOMETHING OUT OF FREDDY CRUGER’S MOVIE!!!!!!!” When the surgeon saw the comments he sued the women for defamation, saying that the women were overly critical and that many of their claims had no factual basis. Long story short, even if you think you have “Frankenstein breasts”, keep the feedback constructive.
