Clemence Poesy is the newest face of G-Star‘s Spring/Summer 2012 campaign, and we think she is a perfect match for the brand. It was announced Tuesday night at the opening of the G-Star RAW store on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, the first denim retailer to open on the legendary luxury shopping street.

Gossip Girl queen and most recently Chanel princess Blake Lively struck a pose in this barely there Chanel skirt (dress?) at the haute couture house’s Cruise collection show last night in Cannes. Although easier than exiting a car door, we wonder what cameras caught a TMI glimpse when she was perched in the front row. Clemence Posey is taking a break from Chloe and wizarding at Hogwarts (she plays young sorceress Fleur Delacour in the Harry Potter franchise), to focus on putting her spell on some wealthy Manhattanites. She’s set to play Chuck Bass French love interest in the new season of Gossip Girl.

Take a look at GAP’s new ads for fall. They asked some of fashion’s heavy-hitters to model yet another incarnation of the GAP brand. And I got to say I like the results!
I hope Patrick Robinson and his team keep up the good work. But we all know what happens whenever they try to revamp the GAP. The first collection is awesome and then the rest are meh!
