SHOP Deadly Ponies: Rectangle Zipper Clutch, $289

I’ve been in the market for a new bag for a while now, and I think Deadly Ponies may have finally piqued my interest! This 100% leather rectangle zipper clutch can be simply carried by hand or unzipped to fit over one’s shoulder. The leather and gold zippers might make this clutch a trendy piece, but the rectangular shape it takes fitted over the shoulder should be enough reason to click “Buy Now.”

Love See by Chloe, Love Chloe, Love yellow! How perfect!?!? AND on sale from $395.
SHOP: Alexander McQueen | Knuckle Duster Patent Leather Clutch, $1,595

McQueen has been killing it with the clutches lately. Although incredibly pricey this masterpiece can be used as more then just a clutch; Luxist points out how it could be used for self defense, not that anyone would try to mess with you once you slip 4 of your fingers through these skull and diamond incrusted holes. I think I’ll save up for this clutch in place of self defense classes.

FEATURED: ‘Clutching It’ by Shirley Warner

There are so……many great bags out this season that I sometimes actually feel a lightheaded when looking at them. I personally prefer a little, or should I say, ALOT of detail on my bags of choice. The focus is on clutch bags today and Here are just a few of my favorites. From top to bottom the designers are, Sonia Rykiel python clutch….Roberto Cavalli snakeskin and diamante clutch (EXQUISITE)….Roberto Cavalli black jeweled clutch….Proenza Schouler Pochette’s x 2….Missoni Snakeskin clutch….Matthew Williamson python Pochette….Judith Leiber x 2 (love the cupcake)….Dries Van Noten x 2….Bulgari….Alexander McQueen x 2 (love, love, love the fringe clutch). The “jeweled daisy” clutch has a beautiful vintage look and is a sure favorite. Enjoy the view!

Michael Teperson Clutch

Michael Teperson’s designs in general didn’t strike me. They’re nice, but pretty grown-up-looking and plain. This Flute Feather Clutch is the exception. I’m obsessed with the Olsens and birds, so I love wearing anything feathery. I usually go faux to avoid having to pop Claritin all day, but I think this clutch is so hilarious and wonderful.
Teperson released his first collection of accessories in 2004, a few years after wrapping up studies at Parsons (Paris), the Royal College of Art, and Central St. Martin’s.
