Saturday night I dropped by the 2nd seasonal Cocktails and Couture event at the Aveda Lifestyle Salon in SoHo. Hosted by Cocktails and Couture founder and beauty expert Lianne Farbes of themakeupgirl.net, the event provided a much-needed break from the chaos of Fashion Week.

I’m so happy to see that long, embellished nails are “cool” again, even though they never go out of style in my world. The nail art below is from the Blondes show, and it is oh-so-fabulous.
CND nail artist Kristina Estabrooks used crushed glass and Swarovski crystals to create the shimmery look.

When your given 50 new colors and 15 effects what exactly are you getting? If your referring to CND’s colour and effects line then your getting 800, yes I said 800, new shades!
