I’m finally making the switch to an Apple iPhone this December, and while I intended to snag one of those awesome cork cases, I think I’m going to show Gareth Pugh some support and invest in one of his iPhone or Macbook cases from Colette and AnOther Magazine. They’re not cheap, setting you back just over $100, but hey, it’s Pugh people, he’s incredible.

Thanks Refinery 29!

RANDOM COOL: Barbie Foosball random cool shit

This foosball table seems to appeal to every category of child: the boys who secretly want to play with Barbie, but is still trying to look tough, the girls who are tomboys and are more into sports then dolls, the boys who realize how lovely ladies are at a young age, and the girls who really really want to play a game with their older brother. Thanks Colette for making everyone happy, except for maybe the parents who would have to shell out 10,000 euros for this little gem. Still, I’m book marking this for the day someone tries to convince me a game room in my house is as good idea because, honestly, if someone offered to buy me this table I’d never turn it down.

RANDOM: Jason Wu x Colette Paris Doll emerging fashion

Embarrassing as it is to admit, I definitely had more Ninja Turtles than Barbie dolls as a kid, but the soon to be released Jason Wu x Colette Paris doll has resurrected the little girl in me and completely eradicated my tom-boy days. Wu, who actually began his career designing dolls, has reconstructed look #20 from his Fall 2009 collection, downsizing to doll size. The limited-edition Colette doll will be available this week for €215 (about $300). Can’t get over to Paris in time? Wu is also slated to design a doll for Jeffrey New York, due to hit shelves sometime this August!

Lindsay Lohan Is A Twittiot all indie

Paris’ high-end  Colette recently slated that they will carry Justin Timberlake’s label, William Rast. Lindsay Lohan had this to say via Twitter: “I can’t believe you are lowering yourselves to a MACY’S brand- I am speechless. Paris is chic not mid America. Gross.” Well, here’s a perfect example of why you should think before you speak, because Lohan ended up with this appology: “I am sorry for the unnecessary comment-wasn’t meant to be a jab,” she said. “I have some William Rast & Ut’s great-was a friends words. And my 6126 leggings are in Macy’s West and they’ve been great to work with.” I wouldn’t exactly bash labels that I wear or store who sell my accessories. LOL at LiLo throwing herself under the bus.

These new gladiators are women’s sandals, but I know a few men who could pull off this sporty look.

Art Center College student Nancy Wu designed this Nike gladiator sandal for the label’s Remixed & Recut hybrid footwear line for S/S 2009.

Now selling at Colette , the sandals retail for 80 Euros (about $110) and come in black or white or leather.

None other than Mark Walsh and Leslie Chin’s Fall 2009 jewelry collection for Rodarte. Sadly enough, the pieces didn’t make it to the runway in time for February’s fashion week but fortunately, they will be available for purchase! To compliment Rodarte’s mummified collection, Walsh and Chin created evocative geodes under jars and tangled broken glass, so very reminiscent of our high school chemistry courses. The 21-piece lineup will be sold at Colette in Paris and Capitol in Charlotte, North Carolina this fall.

I know we normally try to avoid items with huge price tags like this, but this is a must. These Raf Simons shoes are killer! Thet are a white basic lace up with layers of black embroidery that is heavy at the toe and fades towards the back. WWD recently reported that Sergio Rossi has teamed up with Puma to release a new capsule collection that will debut next January at Colette during couture week. The Sergio Rossi’s design team have reinterpreted Puma’s trademark classic Clyde sneaker – creating a high heeled mary jane styled pump featuring velcro straps. The collection will also include a lace-up pump coming in a variety of colors. Here’s a sneak peak thanks to TrashBagAesthetics.
