Aitor Throup Teams Up With C.P. Company

C.P. Company has been producing its iconic Goggle jacket for Italy’s Mille Miglia auto race since the late eighties, but for the 20th anniversary jacket they called in British designer Aitor Throup.
Throup redesigned the body shape to simulate a driving posture, waterproofed the seams and pockets, and modified details like goggle shape to improve their utility. His design is on view through the end of the Milan Furniture Fair today at C.P. Company’s showroom, where a selection of the past 20 years’ worth of jackets dare also on display.
