McDonald’s is now launching NYC themed cupcakes throughout Germany, Vanilla will be Soho, and Cappuccino is apparently the essence of the East Village.

The week before Christmas and all through the city, not a gift to be bought for your friends, what a pity! Let’s admit it, we’re all sick of bringing the same, cliche gifts to our friends’ parties, you know, the typical bottle of wine, the vanilla scented candle and the lemon body lotion. Why not get you’re friends something they’re bound to love…like cupcakes!
My friends over at New York’s famous Crumbs Bake Shop sent me a box of their insanely delicious Signature cupcakes this holiday, and truthfully, I could not have been more excited to pry off the lid and sink my teeth into those babies! With decadent flavors lie White Hot Chocolate, Oreo, Cappuccino, Peanut Butter Cup, Chocolate Pecan Pie and everyone’s favorite, Red Velvet, there’s virtually every flavor for every preference…you just can’t go wrong!
Enjoy Indies…and Happy Holidays!

If you’ve read my bio (or even if you haven’t), you know that I have an undying love for cupcakes, so when I saw these I almost had a heart attack. Lisa Edsaly styled these designer cupcakes, photographed by Therese Aldgard. I’m not sure if they’re too pretty to eat, or would be too delicious to pass up.
