Gucci Guilty’s Unlawfully Cool Marketing Campaign

Gucci put on their creative chapeaus to market their latest fragrance “Guilty.” In addition to the short film shot by Sin City creator Frank Miller starring future Emmy winner (I mean, did you see Mildred Pierce?) Evan Rachel Wood and current Captain America Chris Evans, the Italian house has commissioned 1,000 exclusive vinyl records of the campaign’s featured song — Friendly Fire‘s cover of Depeche Mode‘s “Strangelove.” Click through to figure out how you can win one of these rare collector’s items for yourself!

As you can see, I’m clearly enjoying this record using my portable and invisible record player. It’s the future, get into it.

So now that “Strangelove” is available on iTunes as a bonus track on Friendly Fire’s new album Pala, Gucci wants to celebrate by giving away these limited edition vinyls to the lucky winners of a Gucci Guilty competition this summer. NUMBER:Lab garments are for men who want to look and feel great before, during and after the gym and beyond. Designer Luis Fernandez stayed true to well-tailored essentials and casual-cool sportswear in the Fall/Winter 2011 collection. Setting the mood with a hockey game on the ice rink outside The Standard, handsome garments in grey and navy were splashed with bright neon yellow, cobalt and purple accents. Nylon parkas and wool blazers were layered atop woven shirts and cotton trousers. Attendees were feisty and energetic as music from Depeche Mode, Air and Cut Copy filled the crowded room. Preppy but not stuffy, NUMBER:Lab had the sporty, sexy, low-maintenance gentleman in mind for F/W.
