Sh*t Maybelline Says, Taking It (Back) to the Creek and Roberto Cavalli Ran Out of F*cks to Give

Edited by

- Ah, the future. Hopefully New York will legalize, or at least decriminalize, marijuana so we can get these badass weed vending machines. [MSN]

Megan Fox is preggers with her first child thanks to 90210 alum/perennial hottie Brian Austin Green. I guess a naked pregnant photoshoot is  pretty much inevitable at this point. [E!]

Harper’s Bazaar’s Redesign Features a Faceless Gwyneth Paltrow

Edited by

Harper’s Bazaar has had some serious work done and she is looking good. Glenda Bailey is determined that nobody put her baby in the corner and has revealed a new look for the magazine beginning with the March issue. Harper’s is now one inch larger with thicker paper, new typograhy and features — and who better to launch the makeover than Bailey’s favorite cover girl, Gwyneth Paltrow? Lifetime’s New ’24 Hour Catwalk’ is Exactly What it Seems

Edited by

It premieres Januray 10, 2012. See the sneak preview here.

#NYFW Cheat Sheet: Imitation of Christ

Edited by

For Imitation of Christ‘s spring 2012 collection, Tara Subkoff heard wedding bells. A procession complete with a flower girl, bridesmaids, groomsmen — all attired in Doyle Mueser — and officiated by Father Andrew O’Connor lit up the W Hotel‘s Great Room this afternoon. When models Miles and Lydia exchanged their vows, the wedding party threw their bouquets in the air to a roomful of applause. It was partly for the happy young couple but also for a thoroughly pretty collection heavy on bugle beads, sheer fabrics and flowery embellishments. Mazel to the kids!

Net-a-Porter Ranks Most Powerful Blogs, FashionIndie Snubbed Once Again

Edited by

Online super retailer Net-a-Porter asked a panel of industry experts, including Paper Magazine‘s Mickey Boardman, gal about town and Harper’s Bazaar Editor-at-Large Derek Blasberg and Bloglovin’ founder Mattias Swenson to select their top ten favorite blogs. If FashionIndie hadn’t done enough coke at 54 to powder the nose of every actress in Hollywood ten times over thus rendering all emotions dead below the larynx, our feelings would be super hurt right now. Check out the list below, if you care to (you shouldn’t).
