Ditch the Coat, Take a Cape
Edited by Jessica Lapidos
This is a call to arms, to remove them from the narrow shafts of coat sleeves. Let them live with the rest of the body underneath a cape or a drape. As they say, keep the chest warm, the arms will take care of themselves.
