Hello Kitty and Dr. Martens are a match made in heaven. The punk rock staple shares its conjugal bed with every 5 year old girl’s (and grown ass gay man’s) favorite pussy and I’m kind of obsessed.

The chilly winds of autumn are fast approaching and these would be the perfect say-something footwear for running through all those fallen leaves.

Think prep-school boys gone slightly 70′s. Clunking down the runway in Doc Marten-esque oxfords, nearly identical models flaunted a series of whale print denim, shawl collar sweaters, wool coats and pleated slacks in Viktor & Rolf’s Fall 2010 menswear collection. It’s collegiate and flirty, so very Viktor & Rolf.

I am speechless. Raf Simons and Doc Marten took my favorite warm weather kick, the gladiator sandal, and turned it into a complete fashion fail. First and foremost, the idea of men wearing gladiator sandals is less than appealing, let alone men in gladiator sandals with a chunky rubber sole, paten-leather straps and tie-up shoelaces. This collaboration is a gothic mess and seems like it should appear on the shelves of Hot Topic, cheaply constructed by some no name designer, rather than a work partially designed by Raf Simons. Honestly, if I see any guy wearing these shoes come springtime, I will undoubtedly push him into oncoming traffic.

First Look: Endovanera Debuts Woman’s Collection

Endovanera, the LA-based brand with a cult following among the more “indie” boutiques, is debuting a Women’s collection alongside their ever expanding menswear. The collection will feature Butterfly blazers and even more exciting…bloomers (to be paired with rugged Doc Martens of course)!

Men will not be forgotten though. The fifth menswear collection contains tailored suitings and jackets, featherweight pima cotton jersey pieces, fine European shirtings, rugged American denim, and a wide array of unique trousers and short designs. Endovanera has really made its mark: from being a small collection of designer David Michael Hershberger’s hand-sewn samples to being sold worldwide, we’re sitting on the edge of our seats for what comes next.
