Barbie dolls were my favorite toys ever. I would dress them up, cut their hair, pierce their ears etc. They were my little fashion experiments. So, it’s no surprise I find these so cool. These high fashion plastic ladies’ lip gloss is poppin’, and they’re looking fly.

While it’s obvious that some of us have more time on our hands than others, Veik, a 29-year old doll maker from Beijing should be awarded for his achievements. I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve never quite gotten over Barbie, but Gaga Barbie is at a whole new level of coolness. Veik DIY-ed his Barbies and dressed them in some of Gaga’s most iconic ensembles – he even made a mini version of Mcqueen’s armadillos! We’re just wondering when these are going to be massed produced, because we plan on buying all of them.

First Vogue Italia dedicates its August issue to Barbie, now Jason Wu is debuting his doll for Colette. Available at the French mecca of style for $300 Wu took inspiration from his own collection for the glamourous get up his doll sports. Looks like August is the month of the doll.

Apparently, Jason Wu has a day job (not for long)!!! The designer spends his days designing clothes for dolls. Yeah, I know. FUCKING AWESOME!!! That’s like a billion times better than dressing First Ladies.
