RUNWAY RUNDOWN: Doo.Ri S/S 2010 emerging fashionAny designer who gathers inspiration from metal for a collection has my support. Doing just that was Doo-ri Chung with her girly, but edgy, collection in primarily gray fabrics. While a plethora of chains and a leather vest were the only elements of hardcore girl, tops had so much detailing that “hardcore” is simply implied. The Doo.ri collection really speaks for itself and would probably be hindered by further accessories, rather than helped. Loving the gray lipstick too!

One of our favorite mainstream heading indies presented a Resort collection that featured loose fitting cargos that upheld an urban sophistication. We’re in love with the looks for how effortless they are.  And the scarf is a great add on without making me think of Palestine.
