If you can’t get enough of Trina Turk‘s laid-back California silhouettes and colorful retro prints, you are going to love her new digs in The Hamptons this summer. Opening this Friday, May 6th, Turk will be introducing her signature style to East Hampton with her third seasonal “chic beach boutique.” A one-stop shop for both weekend visitors and permanent summer residents, everything from ready-to-wear dresses to swimwear and beach accessories will be available at this gorgeous Main Street pop-up. The Economy Hits the Hampton

“We’re making adjustments we’ve never made before,” said Billy Lawson, owner of Shoe Inn, which operates locations in East Hampton and Westhampton. “Our Hamptons stores used to be a way to extend our margins … [but] this year, we opened on Memorial Day with a sale. We [have to compete] with New York prices.”
