We always hear about all kinds of facebook drama, some of it much worse than others, and some that is just brutal. And to add to that list, the latest in facebook news: the woman who got plastic surgery because someone told her that her nose was too big via facebook!

The girl read the comment on her wall, and ran out of her door into that of a plastic surgeons office! One nose job later, the woman entered a beauty pageant and placed in the top three. Though the woman says that the commenter “did her a favor”, I think the story is kind of sad!

Blame it on my creepy, stalker-like alter ego, but I somehow found myself lurking on Cole Mohr’s Facebook fan page in the wee hours of the morning. These photos from Mohr’s younger years are 100% proof that some people never change. Despite the page-boy haircut and his seemingly preppy teenage style, Mohr looks exactly the same, plus or minus a few tattoos. If only we all could retain that “fresh out the womb” face…we’d be living in a world full of models.

Ok, so I know Facebook and Twitter accounts are free, but if you really love yourself as much as your bi-half-hourly status updates indicate, $10 for self-advertising isn’t exactly breaking the bank. As if I wasn’t thankful enough for the hours of blissful distraction Facebook  provides in an otherwise productive afternoon I now have another reason to sing its praises. Facebook, you see, was the facilitator for my new relationship with Lifebooker.com, and let me tell you it has gotten pretty serious. 

Remember Jason Preston? You know the former male escort and on-and-off-again boyfriend of Marc Jacobs. Well evidently they are off-again, and he’s not doing so well. According to his Facebook status, always reliable, he is suffering from a sadness that could only be caused by the loss of ones sugar daddy.
