Recognizing the void of published material that the average twenty-something could actually relate to, writer and Robin Hood of the fashion world Lei Diaz, has set out to ?ll the void through Chic Latina?s Casa Couture.
CLCC started out as a Facebook fan page, a place where Lei would post her daily fashion ?nds and notes about her favorite fashion trends and designers. The fan page grew by leaps and bounds, and quickly surmounted the con?nes of the Facebook world, taking on its own identity (and domain name), and transforming itself into Chic Latina?s Casa Couture- The source for all things fashion.

Regaridng the site itself, Lei has been quoted saying, “Chic Latina?s Casa Couture is not just another fashion blog, it is an interactive website dedicated to promoting the idea that fashion is a fun and freeing mode of self expression.”

With her impeccable fashion sense, fun and quirky writing style, and talent for editorial design Diaz?s site has quickly gained a following, and is expected to continue to grow signi?cantly with the addition of a “Reader?s Closet” section (launching in July), and their ?rst large-scale event, the “Casa Couture Fashion Swap.”

Nikki, another Fashion Indie friend and friend of friends from Ruff Club has what could be the most killer blog I’ve ever seen.  Complete with style photos, runway reviews, spreads, and DIYs, she’s as sharp as it comes, with edginess dripping from every post.
