Amar’e Stoudemire is known for his on-court skills – dunking, jumping and swatting the crap out of big dumb guys.

But the six-foot-ten b-baller is looking to add a new talent to his repertoire: fashion design.

Stoudemire is reportedly teaming with designer Rachel Roy on her line for Macy’s: Rachel Rachel Roy.

The New York Knicks player sampled the sweet taste of fashion this September as a special guest of Anna Wintour for Fashion’s Night Out.

If his designs are anything like his basketball skills, this line will be a super slam DUNK.

Among the designers and clothing lines featured are Marcus Wainwright and David Neville from rag & bone, Alexander Wang, Tory Burch and Gwen Stefani.

Anna Wintour as always inspirational, this documentary really portrays the industry for what it is. Although, I was a bit shocked they didn’t mention Marc Jacobs.

Anna Wintour told the London Times that she doesn’t shop much, but is intending to pick some things up at Fashion Night Out just to stimulate the economy…oh, how nice of you Anna!

Patrick Demarchelier to Shoot in Front of Tents

We drove by Bryant Park yesterday, and were surprised to see that the tents have already been built. We found out today that this is because Patrick Demarchelier will be shooting 100 models wearing Fashion’s Night Out tees on the steps of the Bryant Park tents on September 9. So excited for fashion week!
