It cost someone over $8 million to throw Charlize Theron on the red carpet for the 2012 Golden Globes. And that someone was definitely not Charlize Theron.

POUND Jewelry first grabbed our attention on Tumblr with its edgy, tribal designs. POUND is the happy marriage between vintage and contemporary, made with materials like bone, pearls, brass chains, beads, pyrite, glass and rare objects found around the globe. Created by a mother, two sisters and a best friend, this jewelry line is truly unique. Take precise men’s tailoring and fuse it with a soft feminine drape, and a garment evolves into a more genderless structure. That is Soonjin Park‘s philosophy as the designer for Kai-aakmann. Her history with unisex clothing gives her great nuance when trying to find the middle ground. The men’s collection is subtle in its delineating men and womenswear, but I do know I would wear these harem trousers. Check out the women’s spring 2012 collection on Lookk.com. Olivier Theyskens‘ pre-fall 2012 collection consists of a whole lot of noir to choose from, it’s insane, compared to his Spring collection. In the swoo of all the grunge and casual twists to this very rebellious look, you almost just want to live in this. With the options of t-shirts, sparkle tights, and some leather lovin’ how can you not have a borderline fetish/obsession with this pre-fall 2012 look? Black and white perfection!

The mix that makes up Derek Lam’s pre-fall 2012 collection is really quite bizarre in a silent way. A line up of low waisted pants, to a new blend of floor sweeping skirts. The colors that mostly consist of olive greens, mustard yellow, some red, blues, and some pretty solid prints, are a plate of borderline fall ready but not quite there sort of feel, which can be considered perfection for any fashion baby whose almost ready to take on the fall.
