Sephora has named The Kaiser Designer of the Year, and to this honor, Karl Lagerfeld has created a line of nail polish and eye shadows. And, naturally, a snowglobe and doll in his own likeness. These will undoubtably be the most sought after Christmas gift since the days of Tickle Me Elmo and Furby. Unfortunately, they will only be available in Europe and Singapore.
