id="more-198884">

Many of our favorite Indies were out last night including: Sir Ben Kingsley, Shenae Grimes, Famke Janssen, Rebecca Minkoff, Billy Burke, Scott Campbell, Arlenis Sosa, Genevieve Jones, Waris Ahluwalia, Lance Bass, & Sky Ferreira

The exhibition was itself fantastic. Some of the films included in the exhibtion were Taxi Driver, The Aviator, & Vertigo. Our personal favorite attraction happened to be costumes from Sofia Coppola’sCenter 548 in New York City, celebrates the stories of obsessive craftsmanship behind some of cinema’s most iconic on-screen moments. It takes 30 manual steps to create the perfect pair of Persol frames and similarly this exhibit showcases how each instance of what appears on the silver screen can take hours, weeks or even months of painstaking research and craftsmanship to develop and comes for a place of passion.

For some more art check out this video of Sam & I doing a wave in a flipbook we made at the event (below)

<object

That paired with her personal style make for a killer image. But there’s one secret Genevieve has yet to speak of until now, which is, she brushes her lips with a homemade remedy! Honey, lemon, sugar and cayenne are mixed and refrigerated, and once prepared, the mixture is brushed on Ms. Jones’ lips with a toothbrush! Never heard of anything like it, but Genevieve swears it’s the key to a fuller, smoother pucker.

LINKAGE: <a

If this is her attempt at eclecticism, she has failed miserably. Maybe she was trying to be ironic?

While attending the 2009 Victoria’s Secret “What is Sexy” List event at the Bowery Hotel in NYC this past week, the usually put-together Jones looks more tragic than sexy in a predictable heart-emblazoned blouse and high-waisted, too short for 30+ shorts that leaves little to the imagination. Honestly, what the hell is going on with her feet?? I expect more from you socialites.
