Help! DJ Panda Pupstep has been captured! He’s been “blindfolded and driven to a secret location”! Could this be the same secret location Skrillex will be performing at Thursday night? Invitations with those exact no-peeking-allowed instructions for the Best New Artist Grammy nom’s show were indeed scattered across to a lucky few (Who, me??) by We Are The Superlative Conspiracy. True to their namesake’s philosophy, the headphone/skate/denim brand WeSC is planning something sneaky and totally epic. But to dognap this dubsteppin’ pupster? The horror! Sounds like Skrillex already wubbed his way into DJ Panda Pupstep’s doggy head.

The New York Times chronicles the rise of Nicki Minaj as a style icon; from “making dresses in her basement” to donning Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci to the 2011 Grammy Awards to being a guest of Vogue editrix Anna Wintour at Carolina Herrera‘s spring 2012 fashion show. Gucci has multiple grounds for celebration. The iconic Italian house is celebrating its 90th birthday this year and just entered into a three year partnership with The Recording Academy and the GRAMMY Museum. Last night, in the treehouse-like loft of Cipriani Downtown, Gucci presented its latest jewelry and timepiece collections, including the exclusive pieces designed especially for the GRAMMYs. While the best Bellinis in town were passed around the room, I got a chance to learn about all of the chic accessory collections on display and the stories behind them.

Nicola Formichetti was busy in 2010 keeping Gaga in meat gowns and machine gun bustiers. Along the way he even managed to style a few editorial spreads and ad campaigns. No doubt he was one of the driving creative forces for the past 12 months, but what were his favorite moments?

Well, Katy Perry‘s nominated for album of the year. I realized there was no god last year when Taylor Swift won that alleged honor. Now I’m convinced that not only is there no god, but that the Grammys are actually the devil. If you care, there’s a list of nominees after the jump.
