Gwen Stefani takes L.A.M.B. to Noir for a Glam Jewelry Collab

Edited by

After two seasons of glamming the L.A.M.B. runway with Noir Jewelry, Gwen Stefani and Noir desiner Leeora Catalan have teamed up to create a collection together. “We come from the same tribe,” says Catalan of the ease with which they collaborate. The result is a melange of Indian glints and punk glamour. With golden spikes and twisted ropes, beaded jeweled neck plates and diamond cut gold, this shit is bananas, and I want it all.

#NYFW Cheat Sheet: L.A.M.B. Spring 2012

Edited by

Gwen Stefani revisited familiar territory with her spring 2012 L.A.M.B. presentation — lots of tribal and animal prints, jumpsuits and booty shorts for days. She definitely has an aesthetic and it works for her. Nothing revolutionary but Stefani’s Harajuku girl has been hanging out with some tough Banjee girls from around the way and as a result this collection is a little more street but still pretty chic.

Gwen Stefani is her Glam Rock Self for Elle UK

Edited by

Elle UK wanted to know how Gwen Stefani does is all – wife, mother, fashion designer and musical diva. So they asked longtime friend Shirley Manson to find out for the April 2011 issue. Photographed for the spread and cover by Matthias Vriens-McGrath, Gwen rocks glamorous garb from Prada, Yves St. Laurent and Louis Vuitton with her quintessential edgy take. All of the pieces look amazing on her and fit like they’re custom-made; stylist Andrea Lieberman certainly came to work that day. Though tamer than some of her past spreads, Gwen shines in these simple and elegant photos.

L.A.M.B. Fall 2011: Classic Rock, Cultural Movements, Cool Looks

Edited by

Running just a touch later than fashionably late, I sprinted through Lincoln Center in my five inch platforms, scanned/printed my ticket and thank the fashion gods I had a seat! The Theatre was well beyond capacity for the 8PM show, and at 8:25 (eek!) they were refusing entry to the straggling standers and forcing photographers waiting for a no-showing Matt Damon on the runway back into the pit. A security guard helped me to my seat, ejecting the Standing ticket holder out of my spot. Moments later, fog poured onto the entrance of the runway and the blazing L.A.M.B. insignia that was roaring on the giant screen melted into a visual feast. Fabulites like Joe Zee, Taryn Manning and Christian Siriano got the fullest effect from the front row, but I was plenty pleased with my partially obstructed view from A-8-4. Gwen Stefani staged a show of six musically engineered fly-styled vignettes.
