Some Kitson Lawsuit News I Couldn’t Care Less About

Underwhelming Los Angeles retailer Kitson has countersued the manufacturer of Nicole Richie‘s clothing line Winter Kate for “depriving” them of profits.

Manufacturer Majestic Mills sued Kitson in August, claiming the retailer owed $225,000 wort of merchandise. Now the store is saying Majestic Mills failed to secure Richie for a Winter Kate / House of Harlow 1960 launch event, a supposed $500,000 loss.

Kitson annoys the balls out of me, and I don’t really care about any of this. But I thought maybe you indies might. Do you care indies?
